Pretty amazing place, quiet, relaxing, staff are incredibly friendly, buffet breakfast have every single thing you want and so does restaurant, staff accommodating, prices reasonable Rooms are perfect size, larger than medium, beds comfortable and inside they have a high desk Shower hot and well flowing, design very good Very clean, lots of teas and confees in the room, they had no problem replacing the water when I asked Also the two receptoons i encountered here were Windu and Lia. They make everyone feel at home and are very concerned about customer happiness 11/10

Amazing breakfast buffet with such kind staff, they even made us lattes every morning. A nice functional room, and good long pool on the rooftop was fun with a good vibe. The little gym was a bonus as not many places have that. We did a little workout before the breakfast and it was lovely. There’s the beach just down the road, and lots of shops and spas nearby. Staff was always smiling and helpful.
The bed was quite firm, and our fridge wasn’t working.

The bed was so comfy. Good location, not far from the airport and near shops in the Kuta area.
The gym was way to small and the property couldn't accommodate a last-minute request for a shuttle service.

We had a group of 13 people .stayed at this hotel every year since it opened barring the covid years.Good value clean and comfortable and modern.Close to airport and weel located as we like to visit nusa dua sanur and uluwatu.

Didn't like the Room. Closet and bathroom had same sliding door. When you close the bathroom door the closet was visible. Curtain wouldn't close fully and it faced the other building door.
