Natah Bale Villas

Beautiful spacious villa and outside space, set in a large, well-kept garden and pool area, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and centre of Sanur. Home from home private space, featuring a large front patio area with seating and a large pavilion, large stepping stones lead you to the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was suitably equipped with all you need. Large fridge, kettle, and stove. The villa has a large bedroom space overlooking the well maintained garden. Very comfortable bed with mosquito netts, plenty of wardrobe space and vanity area. Leading through to a large bathroom area, with a large bath and open shower area, plenty of storage. The villa was serviced everyday . Lovely fresh fluffy towels, toiletries and attention to detail with little floral details. A Beautiful bowl of fresh flowers was awaiting me on arrival. The staff were lovely and Andy the manager very helpful. This was perfect for me #janetstravelstyle

Excellent location, very close to great (and highly rated) warungs, restaurants, laundries, interesting shops and a good supermarket. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and those amazing and cheap warungs on the sand. Our accommodation was separate and unique, traditional pavilions. We had a large enclosed bedroom with a 4 poster bed and very large indoor/outdoor bathroom. It was nice to have an evening turn-down service. Air-con was good and loads of wardrobe/ storage space. We also had a kitchen/dining open covered pavilion where a cook came every morning to make our breakfast. And we had a huge open covered pavilion with 4 poster daybeds, lounge chairs and ceiling fans. All the pavilions are joined by goldfish ponds and stone bridges. So different and beautiful. Set in a huge open garden with plenty of birds and even a few tupai (squirrels). Very nice pool with excellent access. We had no mosquitoes here.

Pool is not very deep but nice to float around in. I'm not a big fan of open showers and this one had loose pebbles on the base which we easily pushed to one side, they were harsh on bare feet. Management probably need to trim the palm leaves on the path to the shower. Not much variety for breakfast which we paid extra for.

Location was perfect! Quick stroll to the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants around Beautiful shady end of the street. The grounds are amazing, lots of trees, birds, grassed area. Staff are faultless. Andi, who manages the villas, is an exceptional human. He is friendly, cheery, helpful, and his staff are all the same. Nothing was too hard for them. They helped me out many times locating shops etc. One of the girls even took me on her scooter to a shop I needed to get to. The villa was perfect for me. They are the more traditional Balinese style, but I loved it. Huge main room, TV, air con, wardrobes etc. Bathroom is massive, outdoor setting, which was so cool. Separate full kitchen, dining area, sitting are with Balinese day bed. Fantastic set up!

Loved everything

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our host Andi was very cheerful and helpful. The accommodation was quiet and very spacious. It was very clean with new towels each day and room cleaned daily. Bonus having the option of a cooked breakfast each day if you wanted at a very reasonable price. Location was excellent just back from the beach but a very easy 5 min walk. Loads of options for food and drink during the day and night. The grounds were spacious and open which made you feel you had room and made it very relaxing. Will definatley return.

I cant think of anything we didn't like it was perfect

This was probably the most enjoyable place we have ever stayed especially for the value. So central to everything you need and only 5min walk to beach, yet the grounds are so private with only 5 villas and the pool is right in front of them. The grounds are so well kept, the staff so lovely and the house keeping 5stars. It’s a teeny run down after Covid but honestly it did not take away from the 10/10 experience. We had our 2.5yo toddler and was very family friendly though it could be a perfect Romantic place for a couple or friends or even a place for a private wedding! We feel like this space has made our holiday to bali so much better and we hope to be back. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SANUR!

The TV didn’t work but these days you just need wifi and he internet was great. Long term I would recommend getting TVs that could access Netflix etc but it’s no deal breaker this place is amazing as is!

It’s lovely sprawled out property with rooms nicely separated. You have your own kitchen with dining area and a lovely living space. The rooms are quite large with a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub. Just all around comfortable place to stay. The property is also ideally located around many restaurants and shops with only a short walk to the beach. To top it all off, the owner Andi is very friendly and accommodating host always happy to greet you with a smile:) Thoroughly loved my stay, if fact I was supposed to stay one night and stayed for three. Will definitely be back again:)

This place is lovely. a bit old but with lot of charm especially with all these tropical plants everywhere. Considering the price and the emplacement it’s a really good deal. for sure I will reconsider that place if I come back to Sanur

the breakfast is not very good. there are several options around (more expensive for sure) but far more interesting. a bit noisy until 11pm because of some bar not fare. it was not an issue after all but it’s noticeable.

Beautiful Balinese style open air accommodation set in spacious grounds with beautiful gardens. The bedroom was enclosed and airconditioned, and the outdoor rooms comprised a kitchen, lounge with daybed and bathroom. They were all connected by a walkway through ponds. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the rooms were. The pool was very clean and shaded in parts by a tree which helped when it was very hot. Close to many restaurants and shops and only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The tiles on the steps to enter the pool were very slippery.

Spacious generous accommodation, beautifully laid out with central social / relaxing area, kitchen and with the two rooms to the side, all outdoor but still offering privacy and quiet. The gardens are large and provide a real oasis with a comfortable pool and loungers. This is an authentic accommodation in traditional style, and we loved it. It is not a clinical newly built chain hotel so don't expect everything to be brand new or immaculate - it was built some time ago but it's clear the owners work hard at keeping it in good form for guests. All the staff were friendly, they were there from early in the morning cleaning and sweeping! I particularly liked the evening service where they closed all the curtains, set the mosquito nets in the room etc.

Nothing! there were a couple of things that were not ideal - the shower pressure wasn't amazing, there weren't enough plugs for us, very small things like that so if that kind of thing would spoil your stay then it might not be for you but we absolutely loved it, would stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

This place is amazing. It is spacious and very comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the garden with the pool is what you dream of. The bedroom had air conditioning which was great as we just landed and the heat was a shock to the system. The open plan dining sitting room had fans. And we also had a KT hen with fridge/ freezer.. It is only 4mn walk to the beach and right in the center of Sanur with loads of shops and restaurants, yet a very peaceful haven.

Although the attention to details is obvious in decor and presentation, the maintenance of bathroom with leaking taps and toilets was disappointing I would expect better maintenance for the price....but it didn't spoil our stay.
