Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Loved the ability to lay by the pool or alternatively relax under a tree on the beach. The only problem was people were leaving towels all day on the banana lounges when they wernt there. I think there should be a time limit for people reserving the beach chairs if they are not there.

The location is stunning, hotel a little tired, but they were renovating the hotel while we were there. Not complaining about the condition, but mentioning. The staff are all amazing, but one was above and beyond exceptional Oka, the roller scatting waiter by the pool, positive, happy and so helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the garden. We have stayed here before and will be coming back next year with our children and grandchildren.

Not dislike, but the bed a little hard for me, but l do like really soft beds.

The breakfast was phenomenal, the pool was well maintained. The friendly service provided by all the staff was really commendable.

The intrusive "disco" sound from the Bamboo Beach Bar, and the live performances. It was absolutely unavoidable. Contrasting with the elegance of the restaurants and dining rooms, that thumping noise was a real turn off. We ate out. In fairness, the racket usually turned off (down?) at around 10.30., but the guests were mostly middle aged to elderly, or couples with children, so it seemed to me a little unfair to cater so noisily to only a moderate percentage of the guests.

We had a deluxe room on 1st floor in Kresna wing overlooking the garden area. Extra large bed and the linen luxurious. The pool area for us is the best in Sanur. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Hady, Cinta, Wayhu, in the daytime pool area service outstanding. The staff at breakfast and Bamboo bar. All so friendly smiling and efficient... 3rd stay here but have used the pool facilities etc many times before pre covid etc.

Nothing really.... I guess some room upgrades are necessary and maybe the pool waterfall feature needs a bit of renovating but all in all no complaints......

Upon check in we were upgraded to a club suite , we originally booked a club room. Our room was spacious and extremely clean . There is ongoing maintenance and the gardens being attended to daily being revitalised. spa was excellent and highly recommended

A very big and well-maintained hotel complex right on Sanur Beach. Huge pool with usual folks bagging their spots at dawn which is always annoying but still managed to find a sunbed each time. There is a separate children's pool and kids play area well away from the big adult's pool which is brilliant for both groups. We were upgraded into Sea View suite rooms which was a huge bonus - thank you so much! Their dinner restaurant actually had the best food in the area. Only a few dollars more than lots of places close by, but far better quality produce and far superior flavours, so we ended up eating at their main nighttime dinner restaurant every night, and was surprised that more hotel guests didn't catch on! Breakfast in the big breakfast restaurant area was very nice with lots of options and pleasant. From reception to housekeeping - the hotel staff were uniformly lovely, helpful and professional. Also great to have lots of guests from Java and other Asian countries as well as people Australia and Europe. Much more interesting mix!!! Sanur generally, and this hotel definitely suits more discerning middle aged and older travellers and families, much more than younger people and others, who want to party all night and thank god for that!

The internet was a bit patchy late at night and was offered as an 'unsecured open network' - would like to see them improve their wifi and offer a secure network for guests - but overall still acceptable. Nothing to do with the hotel at all, but business owners and local residents need to lobby their Govt to stop burning off. It's still a big thing in Bali and a few days there was poor air quality and could smell smoke all day in the air. Couldn't even see Nusa Penida over a stretch of days and then air cleared and it was easily viewable. Not great for everyone's health but mostly for the local people who live there all the time. Not going to change overnight, but would love to see improvements for the both climate and for the local people over the long term!

Such a lovely setting and the hotel employs a lot of staff to keep it looking good and running smoothly. The rooms are comfortable, beds are big and towels are fluffy. There are toiletries and slippers. There’s space to dry swimwear on the balcony. The loungers are comfortable and there’s loads in the shade by the beach. The beach is lovely and there’s a sea breeze. The breakfast is marvellous, with loads of choice and it’s a great start to the day. You can ask them to play gamelan music. (There used to be a person playing live gamelan but that seems to have stopped.) The hotel entertainment is good but not extensive, and the beach bar is fun.

You do need to get up very early if you want to sit by the pool. I had to ask for the pool toilets to be cleaned and hand soap to be refilled twice.

Nice hotel on the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Two large pools that are not too busy. Direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, local and international food. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. We’ve read some negative comments before booking but honestly it was very nice and the perfect end to our 3 weeks trip to Bali. For the price we paid it met all our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

The towels on the sun loungers. You unfortunately have to play the game out there are no seats left after breakfast. Maybe the staff can do more to prevent that.

Perfect location right on the beach but also within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and some even cooked fresh for you by the chefs on hand. Lovely couple of restaurants at the hotel which are along the beach walkway. Rooms are spacious, quiet with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel for families with young children and teens.

Key cards were a little temperamental and the wooden clothes horse on the balcony leaves stains on clothes so avoid - most hotels use the same wooden clothes horse.

Staff were fantastic & the service they provided excellent. The resort is perfectly located on the beach with so many good facilities. The buffet breakfast had everything needed & provided the perfect start to the day. Restaurants on site were varied & very good value but a short walk off the resort offered a plethora of alternatives too. Although the rooms were dated, they served the purpose, the bed was large & comfortable & a reliable powerful shower appreciated.

Wi-Fi could be a little bit patchy & the rooms were very basic, tired looking and dated. One piece of the furniture was broken, the bathroom mirror was badly blemished and although some rooms were being decorated this was in areas of occupied rooms and on 2 occasions the balcony was covered in paint & peelings.
