The staff were awesome and funny. Always smiling and super helpful ! The room was nice but could do with a bigger TV (Smart TV would be nice).

SMOKING around the pool and.once in the restaurant at Breakfast. The year is 2023 please BAN all smoking at your resort. Have a smoking area away from other guests by all means, but please BAN and ENFORCE no smoking around the pool and in the Restaurant.

beautiful grounds, super clean rooms, wonderful staff, great breakfast, nice little night time events happening a couple times a week with music and a bbq type dinner which was lovely. gym was basic but had whatever you needed. spa was divine One of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali

nothing at all! it’s a little further out from Sanur centre if you don’t like walking, but they have a free shuttle every two hours and we just used a Gojek if we needed to go outside of those hours($2 to get to centre). so it was really not even a slight issue at all. I didn’t want to leave the resoet anyway! we had the suite and the bath tub was beautiful. so many thoughtful little touches on the place too

The property has beautiful grounds, lovely plants and amazing architecture. All of the staff from the reception, restaurant and bar staff, and the staff that worked in the spa were exceptional, all willing to help with a smile on their face. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely breakfast buffet with a range of options including an egg station.

There is only one restaurant option. The music would start playing at 7:30am very loud.

You're greeted with luscious green foliage at the reception and once you've got your key and you make your way to the room it's like entering an oasis. just spectacular design integrated seamlessly into nature. That coupled with unriveled balinese hospitality from every single staff everyday, no matter what tasks they may be doing. Not to mention the suite we were in, super comfy beds that you don't want to get out off in the morning, outdoor showers, a massive bathtub. outdoor sitting porch.... there's not much else that can be done better in all honesty.

The Alantara is beautiful, secret hide-away. Without exception, the staff are all really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ground floor rooms have a beautiful outdoor shower as well as, well equipped indoor facilities. The air-conditioning is efficient, something you need in the humidity and they provide bottled water in each room. The breakfast buffet each day was fresh and delicious. I would happily recommend a stay in this lovely resort.

This facility is on the wrong side of the main road so access to the beach is quite a trek if you have walking difficulties. If you are a walker, the pavements are poor making safety a little bit of an issue as there are many motorbikes. The main road is hard to cross with little pedestrian access and it is very, very busy. The Alantara provide a free shuttle bus from the hotel which runs regularly and drops you into Sanur proper.

Really appreciate the hotel. We loved very nice facilities and services. We picked the hotel as we regarded it as one of the best hotels in Bali and it didn't disappoint us. The Meat-lover pizza we ordered on our arrival was so delicious! Most of all, hotel facilities are sophisticated and beautifully designed. The bed was huge, soft, and comfy. The scent of soap, shampoo, and body washer was nice and peaceful. My best experience came from an emergency; I was suddenly very sick with nausea, short of breath and numbness, and the hotel staff were so kind to drive me to the RS Bali Mandara. (So lucky the good hospital is just 2 mins driving distance!) I had to be hospitalised, and the hotel provided the best care for us they could! We won't forget such a kind care! Many thanks!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. From the beginning the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had some nice talks in the restaurant and at the pool bar. Also in arranging several things for the remainder of our holiday the staff was always there to help us out. The room was amazing, very organised and it included everything we needed. Beautiful shower and bath, very comfortable and big bed. Als the closets were very nice. The menu in the restaurant was really great. We had some delicious dishes on our first night. Also, the breakfast buffet offers pretty much everything. What we particularly liked was the fresh eggs that you can order at the buffet and which are served to you on the table. Very friendly staff who are also in for a chat. They remember your room number and name, and they are interested in your day plans. This all contributes to a very welcoming feeling and recognition. The swimming pool is also very nice. You can access the pool bar from the pool. There are big cushions where you lay on in the water. Perfect for a relaxed, sunny afternoon. The spa treatment was very relaxing and calm. Friendly staff who want to make sure you are comfortable. The deep tissue massage is definitely recommended.

Some small tips: - the shower head of the shower in the spa was shifted to one side so the water does not come out evenly. -the menu card was a bit unstructured and unclear to us. Different courses are on different places. The food was really amazing though.

I really loved our room on the ground floor with a outside shower and nice bath. Pool was big, clean and very warm. Garden had nice and green. Breakfast was decent with many choices and had some different options during the week we stayed there. Staff showed high level hospitality, always smiling and ready to help. Greetings and special thanks to Mang Agus and Purnama who made our stay so special, our 2 years old son loved to play them.

Hotel is not too far from beach or town, distance is still walkable, but crossing two very busy roads doesn't make it too enjoyable, especially with kids and pram. We ended up using taxi or free shuttle bus which departed every two hours. Next time would probably stay somewhere more close to the beach.

I loved the pool setting & relaxing by pool. also the swim up bar. the room was very comfortable and at breakfast there was a huge variety of food. I am a coeliac & gluten bread was available also.most

The hot food at breakfast needs to be kept hot during the breakfast time. during our weeks stay most of the food was luke warm at best .Most mornings we were eating breakfast around 8am. Our last breakfast on 6/1/2024.everything was cold which was not enticing at all. The only things hot were the potatoes ( afresh batch had just been put out ), the egg station & the noodle station.
