Our contact, Saskia, was super easy to communicate with. She always replied promptly to my questions, and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area. The property was very clean, comfortable, and attractive and had everything we needed. It would be an ideal spot for a longer stay since it has a full kitchen that we didn't use. My family of four stayed in Apartment #4 which is a few flights up. It has a balcony that looks over the lovely courtyard below, and the unit is very quiet even though it is centrally located with easy access to everything. Saskia made our stay very enjoyable!
We have no complaints, though guests should be aware that they may need to carry their luggage up some flights of stairs, depending on which apartment they book. Also, renters risk getting a fine if they try to drop of their luggage in front of the property after 12:00 P.M. (noon) before leaving their car in a nearby parking garage.

Location of the apartment is really great - close to groceries, restaurants, pubs, market place. It is also very spacious. Kitchen well equipped.
We did not like pillows- too flat and too hard. Also our kids complained about their beds. One small suggestion re kitchen - would be nice to replace furnitures’ fronts, they are rather used. they do not look great, although it does not bother in normal usage.

Excellent location. Close to parking and Grote Markt. Property manager was responsive. Unit was large and private and away from the street. Kitchen with large table. Courtyard balcony. Clean.
Stairs within the unit between the common space and bedrooms. No soap/shampoo.

Location was great, right in the center of Groningen.
There was only a very small window that could be opened in the second bedroom, and this made it very uncomfortable in the hot nights. However, the host clearly knew and tried to mitigate this as two fans were available to use in the rooms.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable & in a great location. We were upgraded to the 3-bedroom ground-floor apartment as my knee injury was causing an issue on the stairs - thank you!
