Lovely family run hotel in a great location a few blocks from the main square. Room was beautiful and spacious. Ana was friendly and helpful as were the other staff. Breakfast in the garden was a lovely way to start the day. Family birds were a quirk to put a smile on your face.

If the restaurant in the evening is owned by the hotel, the service was horrible. I know I was on my own and not generating income like big groups but I was a hotel guest who was totally ignored, sat for ages to have my order taken and at the end of the evening had to get up and leave to pay. So different from the service I received at the hotel which was great. Sort the restaurant staff if you don’t want it to tarnish a lovely hotel.

In the old town of Pollensa, this townhouse has a beautiful garden with a pool which is a great setting for breakfast, surrounded by lawn, fruit trees, resident turtles, and a macaw. Homemade jams accompany fresh bread, yoghurt and fruit. Eggs made on request. A well equipped light and airy room in the building opposite the main hotel. Run by the granddaughters of the orginal owners of this lovely old building, we could not have had a better welcome. We would recommend for a short stay.

The pillows were hard foam or lumpy. The wet room floor didn’t drain properly so the floor by the toilet remained very wet.

This is the place you call "my home away from home". The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building several centuries old, and superbly rehabilitated and kept - within the historic and beautiful town of Pollença. It has a magnificent garden, fantastic, kind, nice, forthcoming staff, and one of the best restaurants in town is located on the premises. Our room (#9) - a family junior suite - was spacious, with two large bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, filled with classic furniture (the opposite of IKEA stuff), and extremely comfortable beds. As a regular traveler, I am glad to report this was one of the best hotel beds I ever slept in, and our kids commented independently to us during our stay on how "cumfy" the beds were :)

This is a lovely little hotel. The lobby area is very pretty, as is the pool and garden area. The breakfast was delicious, and in a beautiful setting, and the staff were very friendly. There is a good restaurant for dinner attached (although it is high-end price wise). The location is perfect - right in the town, but quiet.

The loft flat was really nicely designed but it does feel more like an AirBnB than part of a hotel, as it is a few doors down.

The location was perfect, in the town but in a quiet spot. The garden and pool were an excellent way to relax and enjoy the sunshine . Breakfast in the garden was a lovely way to start the day , good food with lots of choice.

Our initial room allocation was on the ground floor of a separate building which we didn’t feel suited our needs and the hosts were very kind and moved us to an alternative room which was perfect.

The position is perfect, away from the busy square and Calvari steps, but a 4 minute walk to either. The inner sanctuary of the hotel is ideal for relief from the very hot summer sun. The garden and pool area is a true oasis within the an amazing old town and lovely walking around with the hotel in great proximity.

We found the breakfast bread and hams a bit skint, the beds too soft, and the air-conditioner very poor to non existent!

Property was lovely, staff very friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to dine here so I can’t comment on the food.

unfortunately there was building work getting done on an adjoining property so we were awoken by lots of load banging at 7.30am. I understand that this is not the property’s fault but it did effect our stay. also the pool wasn’t full so our children were slightly disappointed not to be able to go for a dip!

warm welcoming little oasis off a side street . beautiful well kept garden and pool . very friendly helpful staff . wonderful breakfast great extras like being able to borrow towels and umbrellas for the beach if required . very relaxed calm atmosphere overall .

lots of mosquitoes so need repellent .

Breakfast was served in the beautiful hotel garden, an idyllic location and the position of the tables gives guests privacy if they wish. A fresh selection of food which varied daily. Three time options were given on booking in to the hotel, this appears to work very well.

lovely hotel in the centre of Pollenca. Secret garden, pool and treatments - the latter 2 were closed due to Covid and the time of year but hidden treasures and the garden beautiful. Restaurant attached to the hotel providing excellent food and convenient. Breakfast included which was lovely, option to have extras cooked if required but what was offered was enough for us - homemade marmalade and selection of freshly baked bread and pastries, oats, yoghurt, cheese and meats etc. Staff at the hotel were friendly, a family run hotel retaining its original charm and comforts.
