Club del Sol Aparthotel

The food was fantastic. Fresh and tasty, with a diversity of choices. On-the-spot cooking of meat and fish, perfect. Sushi one day was excellent. Very good wines (for additional cost). Very nice and discreet personnel, always ready to help. Very helpful and competent bicycle staff. Great suite with a nice view and all commodities, cleaned almost every day. Very satisfied with the hotel!

There is no beach directly near to the hotel. You need to go with bus - around 15 minutes (busstop 100 m away) to excellent Alcudia beach or to Pollenca harbour - there it was also possible to take a 30-minute walk. Evening entertainment was best for children, less suited for adults. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for water (there was only bottles water available). But the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

This was our third visit to Club Del Sol. We love the layout of the resort, the great buffet food and the staff! The rooms are clean and still feel newly decorated. And the entertainment staff are outstanding. Tom made our stay!

We only marked this down by one point because we seem to have been in a too that was near to one of the pool’s pumps or similar machinery. So we sometimes heard a repetitive pump noise. It wasn’t too disturbing but it would have been better without it. However, we still had a wonderful holiday despite this minor point.

Amazing reception and presentation. Easy to get used to the layout and directions to the room were easy. We stay in Block 4, top floor with a partial sea view and pool view. But if you want a full sea view that is only available directly with the hotel. We didn't eat breakfast as we had a kitchen and utensils, so we bought food form Lidl or the local supermarket and cook in the mornings. There were 1 or 2 small issues that were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Parking was plentiful and easy to locate. .

Not much to say, just that there is no beach opposite the hotel. It's a 2-3min drive up the coast in Port de Pollença and was reasonable. .

Just book it.. you wont regret!! Highly recommend Club del Sol. The hotel is so comfortable.. staff are exceptional, friendly, professional and literally cant do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. The number of repeat customer I met during my stay speak volumes The apartments have everything you would need and are immaculately clean and serviced daily. I travelled with children and this was one of the best kids club experiences they ever had.. Tom, Hayden, Charlotte are so great. Jose in the pool side bar, Tony in the main bar, Carmen and the restaurant team The location is ideal to visit nearby towns and taxis are so reasonable

A good place for a family holiday for all ages. Staff so helpful and friendly, facilities good (but sadly pools unheated and very cold so not used by us), buildings and grounds attractive and well kept and the animation team was excellent for activities across the entire age range. The choice for meals extensive to meet every taste.

Accessibility - no proper solid handrails on steps leading to main pool for those with limited mobility Lack of dropped kerbs across road for wheelchairs, trolleys or those with walking difficulties.

Just returned from 8 nights here with my husband and 2 young children and we had the most fantastic time. The hotel is really airy and bright and from the moment we arrived we received the most wonderful welcome. Our room was spotless and serviced most days by the loveliest lady Teresa. We were all inclusive and the food was always lovely and each night had a different theme. It was great for my picky toddler as there were so many options he would always eat something. The pool areas are fantastic and all areas of the resort are kept immaculate. There is an animation team and while my kids were too young to partake all the older kids seemed to love it. We are already planning our return next year.

Where to begin, From start to finish it was an amazing holiday. We have just returned from 5 days in Club Del Sol and have had the best holiday, it will be one to remenber. From the moment we arrived the staff are so friendly and helpful, the entertainment for the kids was excellent and the hotel in general was very, very clean. Rooms: The rooms were spotless, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa was very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was equipped fine and bathroom was spacious and clean. There is also a TV in each room which was fantastic. The rooms are cleaned every day except Thursday and Sundays. Fresh towels, freshly mopped floors, amazing. Pool area: There are 3 pools, all very clean and in excellent condition, we arrived mid June and plenty of loungers available and no need to get up early to grab them. The kids loved the pool, and the kids pool with slides was a huge hit. Staff: Very, very friendly, from the moment we arrived they did everything with a smile on their face. We had an issue with one of the windows not locking and for safety reasons I asked if they could resolve it, they had a maintainance person up within 20 minutes and it was fixed within the hour. The kids club staff were amazing too and very engaging with the kids. A special shout out to Hayden and Katinka who really kept the kids happy every evening. The mini disco was a massive hit with our 6 year old. Food: We werent all inclusive and only ate at the pool restaurant one day but it was very nice. There is a shop onsite but it is expensive but that is to be expected as there is no other shop/store within walking distance. They supply the basics needed and lovely fresh bread and crossaints every morning and plenty of kids toys for the pool 5 star resort for us, you do need to get cabs into Pollensa or Alcudia which work out around €7 each way which is as cheap as chips.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was incredible and had lots of variety. I ate so much dessert - it was the pinnacle of hedonism :). However, the lunch menu was a little sparse and could be improved. Pools and spa (thank you Azu!) were excellent, and staff were really friendly and helpful - especially the food/entertainment team. Shoutout to Christina, Hayden, and Yle for their great hospitality and friendliness!

Wifi was not good. Needs to be improved in order for this hotel to be exceptional for remote working. Also, I wish the spa was open for longer, maybe 9 pm instead of 6 pm.

The property was decorated very beautifully. The pools were huge. The children’s pool was great and my kids loved it.

It was kind of away from everything so if you stay here I would recommend renting a car. Also, the beach across the street from the hotel doesn’t really have sand or much space before the water so if you are thinking you want to just walk out and stay at the beach all day close to the hotel this isn’t the best spot for that.
