if you want to make your vacation perfect prefer this hotel and this location. everything is incredibly perfect, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness, it is definitely a hotel for more than 5 stars. let me tell for the end Diego, this man is the personification of hospitality, information, kindness, he is a kind Google.. 😉😂Thank you for making us to have a great time in Alcudia ,we ll be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we loved everything about it. amazing location in the centre of the old town. the room were clean and comfortable. staff were exceptional, everyone we dealt with were warm, friendly and gave lots of great recommendations and tips. the selection at breakfast was fantastic. the spa has everything you could need. we loved the pool area and as soon as the sun left the ground floor terrace we could move up to roof terrace so it was great to have the option of both. amazing hotel and would highly recommend!!

Our stay at Forum Butique Hotel was absolutely perfect. Diego and personnel welcomed us with warm hearth and made us feel like home. Hotel rooms and all the interior has been arranged very classy and elegant with the care of every detail. Spa zone offers wonderful relaxation, same as massages made by Kristina. All the people working at the hotel were extramely nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was stunning. Location of the hotel is also perfect, nearby wonderful restaurants and in the middle of old town vibe. We would not asked for more because we got everything&more than expected. What can I say - perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location at the heart of the old town (yet felt like a quiet sanctuary). Beautifully decorated and themed. Perfectly clean. By far the best thing about Forum is the staff - they were all super genuine and extremely helpful from check in to check out. Spa facilities are excellent. The pool is small but perfect for a boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was good - a good selection to choose from. Bicycle hire available directly from the hotel which was a plus. Diego, Rianne, Damian, and the ladies, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Superb hotel staff; informative, helpful and efficient and very likeable too! Varying and filling breakfast every morning. Lovely little accessible pool to cool off, which was necessary in the heat of summer. Walk in shower was delightful. Cleaning staff on hand every day. Well set out roof terrace too. The location was also ideal, just right to pop back to throughout the day.

I am being super picky here...but perhaps a few things could enhance things even further. 1. Program the smart tv to stop turning on every time you enter the room - and provide it with some simple apps (such as Netflix). 2. Free supplies of bottled water. A nice perk. 3. One more umbrella as an option for the pool area (from two to three). As most people there wanted the sun-loungers in the shade. Honestly though, you were such a super hotel and I feel bad even suggesting little improvements!

The staff were amazing - so friendly & helpful, lots of information at check in and then at breakfast there was somebody ready to help with any plans etc Our room was lovely and a real oasis to come back to - we had a hot tub on a roof terrace which was great and the terrace was pretty roomy! There are communal terraces, as well as a spa which was an added bonus and a small outside swimming pool. Breakfasts were delightful - always something a bit different on the buffet every day.

The only thing we can think of is that we were not too keen on the roughness of the throws on the bed - a sort of hessian fabric.

The breakfast was lovely. What I liked the most (besides many other things) was fresh orange juice, local specialities or selection of seasonal fruits. The room was spacious and very well designed. The whole hotel was newly renovated. It combines the authentic stone houses you find all around Mallorca with modern Scandinavian design. The location is also great. Just on the side of a romantic small square inside the old town. The spa is also just the right size with jacuzzi, sauna, steam and some more water procedures. It is not at all a negative as the town is quite small but be aware that the parking is outside the old town walls. And then you walk to the hotel. The most welcoming part were the people at the hotel. Really friendly with personal attitude, always helpful. Thank you!

This is one of the best hotels that I've ever been to. The decoration and the quality of everything in the room and common areas is remarkable. The service was impressive, from the receptionist to everyone serving breakfast. The food tasted amazing and every morning there was something different to enjoy. It seems that the owners paid attention to every detail, like they have thought of everything the guests might need or like. The location is perfect just in the centre of Alcudia close to elegant restaurants and bars. The pool area is an intimate spot to finish your days relaxed and the included spa is very complete with a jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, etc. Good job to all the staff of Forum Hotel!!

I think the only thing to improve is the quality of the toiletries.
