Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet

This is a lovely hotel. In the centre of the delightful town, the renovated old building has a very successful ambience and our room was splendid with first rate equipment throughout. Then we went to breakfast and it was even better! Superb food clearly made on the premises. The professionalism and sheer niceness of the staff completed the stay. We were very sorry that we had only booked for one night. We would not stay anywhere else in Mallorce.

Our room had state of the art audio-visual equipment but I didn't manage to find out how to operate it and a quick access guide would have been helpful. I suspect it was there but I didn't find it.

- Location is amazing, in a not so crowded street of Alcudia. - The Hotel wasn't crowded, it had just a few rooms which made the trip a very quiet and pleasant one, it almost felt the hotel was there only for us :). The ambiance is very nice, with coffee and tea and a nice shared courtyard. - Staff is very attentive and treated us very well. - Breakfast was very good, with lot of variety. - The room was quiet and big, there's a safe for storying your sensitive stuff, and the balcony is just amazing, with a great view. - Overall very comfortable.

The stay was amazing, so what I'm adding here are just things that could have been even better: - The double bad wasn't much stable, and moved a lot when one of us was repositioning when sleeping. - We had to wait extra 30 minutes to have the room clean, would be very nice if it was already ready when we arrived.

The apartment was close to the historical city center and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooftop terrace is pretty nice and cozy.

We had the ground floor room and it would have been nice to have the ability to ventilate it with fresh air during the day, but we only had a terrace door without an insect net.

Great gem in Alcudia. Our room was on the first floor (Botticelli), which has a small balcony, air condition, comfortable bathroom and a romantic atmosphere - with access to a big patio. In the mornings we enjoyed the breakfast included in the hotel 80 m away - where we could go up to the top floor enjoying a drink with the best amazing view. There was good internet in the whole building. Everything was very clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. Also this area is amazing for cycling (Cap Fermentor, Lluc, S‘Albufera), and is very close to the see (1 km walk). We came by bus which was easy from the airport or Palma. It was great that there is almost no car traffic inside the walls.

Room was spacious, bright and extremely comfortable and multiple outdoor common spaces. The location was perfect for families and mature travellers with multiple good dining options within an easy stroll. Raphael & staff were incredibly hospitable and made certain our stay was 10/10! Dining and sight-seeing recommendations made our stay on Majorca a highlight of our entire vacation. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing we didn't like

The staff were extraordinarily nice. They greeted us personally and took a lot of time to tell us about Majorca and gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go. I felt like they really cared for us. The location was perfect on a beautiful street in the centre f Alcúdia old town. The house was also beautiful.

In our room it was impossible to take a shower without making the floor wet, and since it was of wood that felt very bad. The bathroom door and walls were of (frosted but still) glass and the door was not a proper door which didn’t leave much of privacy.

Small family run hotel in historic alcudia. Quiet clean and rooms have Character.. lovely owner -and great breakfast

For me I felt the property was looking tired. Our mattress sagged a little, and the inner courtyard area was scuffed and furniture looked tired. Also as covid means breakfast is taken at the Fonda llaberes- there is nothing here and it’s more like a an apartment / annex. It was fine- we also had moved from a finca in the south so my opinion is biased.. but i was expecting wine and rose petals. As written everywhere .. probably different post covid.

We were very happy with the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was great.

The only suggestion would be a bit more shade on the private deck.
