Location was fantastic, right on the square but very quiet. There was a rooftop pool which was small but lovely but we tended to use the swimming pool at the sister property which is less than a 3 minute walk away and on the beach. We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but this was a la carte.

The housekeeping came quite late so we would have preferred this in the morning when we were out for breakfast and then the pool. We were attending a 3 day wedding and they kept trying to come in at 3 or 4 when we were getting ready to go out.

Great location and standard of hotel. High standard of finish with really considered fixtures and fittings. Really classy. Please keep it up to this standard! We'd love to book again.

Breakfast was okay - could have been more choice and the US Breakfast was a little odd. More Mallorcan options. Booking through this site however did prove stressful as after booking the hotel said it wasnt guaranteed a double / balcony room would be available. I nearly cancelled as a result. But it turned out okay n teh end but I could have dont without the uncertainty.

Hotel has been really nicely refurbed at some time, really good decor throughout. We had a top floor corner room which worked really well - had nice views of the square, mountains and even the sea. The staff were really friendly in this hotel and they try very hard to give good service - although breakfast could be slow to arrive sometimes. The location of the hotel is excellent - 4 mins walk from the bus station, 2 min walk to check in a the sister hotel, less than 4 mins to the beach. Loads of restaurant and bars in the square and also adjacent back streets. Room was quiet at night despite the central location. For terrace has great views, small plunge pool to cool off in. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit quicker service at breakfast - orders taken OK, but sometimes took a little while for the breakfast to arrive.

Breakfast was totally amazing and the location of the hotel too - it's near to the beach and promenade with bars and restaurants. Hotel is pretty small, so there was not a lot of people and it was not overcrowded. Equipment of the hotel is soo nice and modern, clean. The personal is perfect! Very nice, kind and helpful people, they always helped us. Room was clened everyday, bed was really comfy and the air-conditioning working without any problem and with a good regulation, wi-fi connection also without problems. Hotel has a small pool at the roof top, the area was always empty so the time spent here was very relaxing. We tryed a hotel restaurant too, food is really tasty! And they have a great offer of really good drinks too. This hotel is definitelly best choice, we spent a beautiful time here!

rooms a bit small

The Curltural had only been open for a couple of days and there were still workmen fitting out the rooms on the first floor but this wasn't really a problem and the hotel staff were very good The location was perfect, sat on the main square in Port de Pollenca it couldn't be better. The double room with balcony was very good and being on the second floor we had a view across the square and to the mountains. Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice and taken outside on the square. The rooftop area had just been decked out with the sunbeds and parasols and was empty, the pool is basically a plunge pool buy the views from up there are fantastic. I will be returning, without a doubt.

No furniture on the balcony as the hotel had only just opened, but I was offered a couple of chairs from the terrace at the front which was fine.

Immaculately clean, well positioned in the centre of town looking out over the main square. Staff are brilliant, very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay special. Breakfast is delicious, beautifully presented and in plentiful supply. Highly recommend!!

On street parking so no guarantee that you will be close to the hotel but this seems the norm in Puerta Pollensa. Didn’t effect us apart from market day but may be more challenging in high season.

very central position for the pinewalk, square and bus station. Shuttle bus from airport stops very close. the public area was very comfortable, chic and lovely furnishings with a boutique hotel vibe. Good size of bathroom, lovely shower. intent to make the hotel bespoke is evident and it has a lovely small hotel feeling about it. Evening meal was tasty and beautifully cooked. Maria the waitress ( perhaps catering manager/supervisor ) was really welcoming and good at her job - looking after the customers and keeping her team working to a good standard. she was also observed teaching her colleagues about correct ways to serve, dress the table etc which was good to see. All staff were friendly but Maria was the best.

Noise from square - worse at night. public area on the roof was only accessible by stair, plastic sheeting across lift shaft on the 3rd floor. Pool is very small. Window from the bathroom had no indoor shutters and outside ones were difficult to close. shelf in bedroom was not level. 1 light on balcony was not wired. lots of little things that hopefully will be sorted over the winter because it could be really high quality and luxury hotel.
