Hotel Can Mostatxins

We loved our stay from beginning to end. Buffet breakfast was lovely - something different every day and you could order eggs or pancakes if you wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The plunge pool was wonderful and although we didn't use the honesty bar, it was a great option to have. There is a wee water dispenser in the bar that we used every day - it dispensed ice cold water, which was brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Alcudia and the surrounding area.

The Hotel is nicely situated within the old medieval wall in Alcudia old town. The breakfast is very complete, good coffee, nice crew. I definitely like to come back to this Hotel when visiting Alcudia again. A walk to the harbour of Alcudia takes only half an hour.

Well, the first night the thermostat of the air conditioning lived its own life and gave a temperature next morning of 25C.. After complaining the crew adjusted the thermostat setting for 21C perfect when i arrived late in the evening, however next morning again "suffered"of 25C :-(

The helpful, friendly staff, the large and comfortable bed, the excellent cleaning, the very attractive interior design.

Water pressure in the shower was rather weak, so getting yourself clean took some time. As an old urban location, the view, even from the top floor wasn’t much, but I still would have liked a balcony.

The boutique hotel was perfect. The artwork, decoration and facilities were wonderful. The breakfasts were varied and exceedingly good. I recommend you book for the breakfast if not included in your package. The location in Alcudia was excellent - close to restaurants and shops. Most importantly the hotel staff were friendly and were great at recommending beaches and restaurants - they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant - a credit to the hotel. We had a fab time here and hope to return.

There wasn’t much to dislike. However … I don’t think you should suggest people drive to the hotel thru the city walls. We did this and it was a nightmare. The roads are single track and too small for cars. There is plenty of free parking all around the outside of the city wall and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Bed linen was lovely and fresh but as a personal preference I prefer down and feather duvet and pillows. Everything else was perfect.

The whole place is designed great and with much love for details. Both pool areas with hot tubes are quite and nice, we were there whilst the hotel was fully booked but never really saw more than one other couple. The suite we booked was lovely, spacious with a little balcony to look over the small street. Location in the old town, next to the main road with many restaurants but parking close by was never a problem. You could order eggs and pancakes for breakfast and had a rich buffet breakfast. Also the staff was really nice and mindful. Overall a lovely place and also talking to residents, the hotel is known as the nicest place and only place of old town having a pool area.

Bearing in mind that there are 19 rooms available, both the hot tub areas and the breakfast areas are designed a little small, always judging that not all people are coming at the same time.

great location, but also very quiet. fantastic helpful staff, solid breakfast, rooms clean and with everything you need. Pool area is a little oasis and the bar is very well priced.

Everything goes well when we are so well received. A special thanks to Marta who made our stay even better from reception to checkout. I could not fail to emphasize her friendliness and commitment. The Hotel is fabulous. Very well located, close to everything, free parking a few meters from the site. Room very comfortable, clean, fresh and quiet. With all the necessary amenities. Beach basket with towels. The small pools are very beautiful and ideal for spending time in the late afternoon. Marta recommended restaurants and beaches to visit. We followed her directions to the letter. I hope to be able to return one day and be received in the same way. Thank you very much

Everything. The design and aesthetic is beautiful. The location is great, soundproofing very impressive, staff super friendly, air con great, luxurious toiletries. Love the idea of the honesty bar and the mini book share. The pool areas are beautiful, free tea and coffee is a great idea. Glass of cava to welcome us was fantastic. Breakfast very tasty with eggs cooked to order or pancakes. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends or family. Even had non-white towels available in the bathroom, great for avoiding disasters!

The aesthetic of the hotel were amazing. The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and helping figure out bus times to visit top sites from Alcudia old town. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town, a street away from the main strip of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to bus stop or taxis to visit the Port or nearby beaches. Sunday has markets which are a must to visit. Hotel has communal kitchen area with tea and coffee and unlimited drinking water which was convenient during the night if you needed.

The property was refreshingly designed with an old world yet modern feel. We loved being so close to restaurants and little nooks of Alcudia that were so quaint. Small details were provided that went a long way. Having a water filling station and coffee station in the lobbies was so helpful. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. And we LOVED having the breakfast in the mornings, great options, simple and delicious!

Honestly, nothing we did not like, but as a suggestion: we felt like our room could have been arranged in such a way that the minibar/fridge and desk area be more comfortable to access. It was in the corner near the bedside table with lots going on on top of the small desk, making it a bit messy to have everything in one little corner near the bed. It’s a small thing really!
