The inside of the hotel is modern, very clean and modern.

Some of the views from the suites are on the less impressive side. You may over look the pool, but you also see tired, grotty backs of buildings.

We upgraded room to a suite as first room 102..was not acceptable and . location was not good.. as we had booked superior rm.. breakfast v good Staff really nice and v helpful.. from mari Carmen.. to juanjo, Adrian, Elvira, Anderson, Anna, … Hotel v clean..

Hotel, rooms, pool, breakfast, service, staff... we loved everything from the very first moment! The hotel is basically brand new (JUN23) or at least this is how we felt about it and it literally has all you need: right in front of the main Alcudia beach, 2 mins walking distance to everything you need. The apartment we selected was top notch, very curated, clean, high standard. And the view from the balcony was stunning. The pool was cozy despite crowded as you'd expect so the race for the best sunbed was always a thing in the morning. The restaurant next door where they serve breakfast is spot on and the choice of cold options was great. We also tested the kitchen for lunch and it was overall good. Special mention goes to the staff: they were all absolute legends, always smiling and happy to assist / help, they were all very kind and thoughtful to the point you really feel spoiled! Gracias!

We're here for suggestions right? So the divided balconies within the same room/apartment weren't great so knocking down the wall in between the 2 would make the whole experience better, if possible.

Really enjoyed our stay at Caprice Alcudia. All of the hotel facilities were excellent, from the rooms to the pool area and restaurant, and felt exceptionally clean and well-presented. The spa was a particular highlight; it feels like they’ve invested a lot in it and the massive jacuzzi is fantastic. Completely silent in the rooms, beds very comfy and the staff were always helpful, polite and eager to please.

Perhaps our fault for not confirming our arrival time, but the welcome was a bit underwhelming. We were just handed key cards and put our luggage in the storage room, which they later opened for us and we took it upstairs ourselves. Clearly not a major issue but we had expected slightly better service from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel pool area is well equipped with lots of sun loungers, and a bar serving food. The pool area is clean and the pool’s a nice size. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all lovely and very eager to help. Nearby there are lots of restaurants to choose from and opportunities to hire bikes to explore the island more. There are lots of pretty villages within driving distance and Alcudia town is walking distance. The nearby beach is clean with lots of sun loungers.

The streets behind the beach feel quite touristy and built up, so if you’re looking for somewhere remote and secluded this is not the property for you. The hotel is quite near the main road, so you can hear cars when sat by the pool, but this didn’t bother us and you can’t hear the road from the rooms.

The hotel is fantastic - small enough for it to feel personal and quiet, but big enough that you don’t feel like you’re sharing a villa with people you don’t know when you’re by the pool (which is a really nice area)! The rooms are very modern and like new, with all of the amenities you could need. The only small criticism I have is that the beds are quite firm, but appreciate some people like them that way. The highlight for us was the staff working both in the restaurant and by the pool area. They were polite, proactive and incredibly happy/friendly throughout our two week stay. In our opinion this hotel is best suited to couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday, whilst also wanting to explore Alcúdia (experiencing the local food and drink, water sport activities etc).

We arrived and had a junior suite booked and were upgraded to a full suite; room was large, comfy, well equipped, super clean and NOT noisy at all. The hotel overall appeared super clean, the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and extremely helpful. Location is immaculate, literally 2 minutes to the beach and the shopping area of Alcudia. We arrived with the Taxi from the Airport which costs us around 75 Euro (on-way) and which took about 45 min.. We were able to check-in early and a late check-out was also possible. Great hotel and definitely a recommendation for that area.

There is nothing to complain about - we had a great time and can only recommend that place. Location, setting and outfitting of the hotel is great.

The hotel has a very modern, clean design, and the Superior Double Room I had was massive. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely efficient. The hotel has an excellent location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach, and right at the end of the main shopping/dining street in town. The breakfast menu is good, with an amazing freshly-baked cake available every day. The outdoor pool area is nice. The hotel WiFI was strong and reliable throughout the hotel. Perhaps the best thing was the staff, who were all extremely friendly and helpful.

The spa area is a little underwhelming for a 5* hotel, with a small jacuzzi-type pool, a small sauna and a steam room (with each only allowing 1 person at a time due to Covid restrictions), and a couple of other things that were out of order during my stay. The fitness room is also tiny and sparsely equipped. I found this a shame, as both of these areas don't match up to what is otherwise a really well-appointed hotel.

Location of the hotel is really good, near restaurants and close to a calm beach. The room is exactly as the picture and it is really spacious. We got a room upgrade without even paying for it, which was great. The breakfast is really good and has a lot of options. The spa facilities and the pool are really cozy and modern.

The structure in general is of a great 4 stars hotel. For it to be 5 stars, the concierge needed to give more directions and indications about the city and what to do near the location of the hotel. They had to have an establishment at the beach with a bar and also beach chairs. The restaurant for dinner could be a bit better (should close later than 10pm). The spa and sauna should be open till later than 8pm (10pm minimum). The gym could also be larger and have more options. Overall the hotel is great don't get me wrong. If it was 4 stars I would rate 10/10. As a 5 stars hotel, it still has some things to work on, hence 8/10.

Being there is feeling like honeymoon. It is a quite boutique hotel, next to the beach, with an amazing interior, delicious dining and awesome pool facilities. The pool bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and snacks for daytime. Both the breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant were extremely delicious. The beds inside the rooms are very comfortable and if you want a relaxing stay, this is the place to be. It is totally worth the price you pay! We returned there two times, as we were very satisfied with all the services.

Parking has to be payed per day, separately. This should be included in the price of the room.
