Aghababyan's Hotel

Hotel was clean and new, breakfast was good, rooms and pool& sauna were clean, the day crew and specially the door guy were so polite and helpful.

The night reception guy was so rude and impolite, it seems to be a 1 star guest house reception than a 5star hotel reception. We stayed at room 324, Due to central airconditionig, there were noises through air condition and in the room, that disturbs your sleep, solution: you should be so drunk to be able to sleep😁

The hotel is excellent. Comfort and value for money. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. It was nice to be received with a big smile. Special thanks to all staff cause they were very professional, helpful and one of a kind. We stayed at superior apartment with pool and sauna, and it was great. The apartment had everything you could wish for. It was very nice and clean. Pool is good. Billiard area is really big. Rooms were fantastic. A bit far from center, but taxis are not expensive, so no issues.

It’s a modern and nice place for staying the rooms are nice.

The cleaners are not doing well , the hotel manager needs to be more professional for training their staff , there are some mistakes which shouldn’t happen in any kind of good hotels , hotel staff needs training courses for being better.

- good quality big rooms (we had king room) and facilities - clean - baby playroom - good in room dining, food’s great - staff (reception, maids, carriers) always helpful

- breakfast was average (not much food of choice and not much stuff for kids) - location is away from the city centre- only one supermarket and pharmacy in the walking distance, nothing else around; - this place hosts private parties/weddings on the 5 floor on the weekends. lots of party noise can be heard if your room is on floor 4 - lasted till 11pm, baby could not go to sleep

We have stayed at family room for 10 nights and We loved it. Very specious, Bright, The colours, The layout, The super comfy bed, The furnitures, The hug TV with all programs. Gorgeous! Simply High class hotel with very reasonable rates!! Super amazing, attentive and very friendly Staff and I would also like to give a Special thanks to a beautiful and very helpful lady at the front desk( Mane ) for arranging everything for us. The cleaning ladies do their jobs extraordinary and always with the smile!! :) A big thanks to Tatev for always keeping the room very clean and tidy. The Breakfast was varied and plentiful and also foods we ordered from hotel’s restaurant to our room was quick, so delicious and fresh even better than the best restaurants we tried in the town. Fabulous job chef!! Impeccable facilities!! Awesome gym and swimming pool. This hotel has up to 50 kg’s dumbbells and all the great quality machines for a proper workout. I’ll be definitely back here whenever I’m in Yerevan and highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone.

Comfortable beds!! Clean! Quit! Friendly staff. Plenty of towels, robes, house slippers, toiletry Brand new party speaker delivered the day of our stay. Pool table, comfortable lounge area. Reasonable priced food and mini bar. Staff ready and willing to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Food and drinks delivered upon request without us leaving our room. Only 2 of us stayed in this large house and it was great. Parking was available on the first floor. Dining room, lounge, pool, sauna, showers and half bath on 2nd floor. Pool table and lounge on 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms with tubs and jacuzzi on 4th floor. It was amazing!

Spa was there in hotel but there was no menu or ad card in the hotel room..we have to go n ask the front desk to know about spa ...hope they improve on this

hotel facilities as a whole was very good. reception staff, door boy etc. were good.

though i booked with booking.com app including breakfast, to my surprise i found that breakfast was not included. i am a genius customer and it was seen that my booking included bfast, but i had to pay for the days i took breakfast.

The room was amaaaaazing, huge, the bed was super soft, with two bathrooms, super modern decor, just great (and I've been to many hotels)

The breakfast was in a small room without windows without machine coffee (like latte) available...The area where the hotel is, isn't the best, it was a horrible drive from the airport, they make roads there and it's not indicated on Google maps (for the notice, they make those roads for two years now, and it's quite impossible to find the way around it, so reaching the hotel was a nightmare). The bed was not a king size bed but two twin beds put together, quite uncomfortable for a couple.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my family. We were 4 people in one family room. The size of the room was great. It had 2 bathrooms and one shower. One queen bed and two small single beds. The single beds were very small for me and my sister since we are adults. The room was very clean and I was very satisfied with the staff. Breakfast was good. The gym was great and not crowded at all.

The single beds were very small. The location is not close to centre and it is a 15-20 minutes drive. There is literally nothing close to the hotel. You can not even walk in the street. The area looks like the suburbs. But these are just small issues, generally I was satisfied with this hotel.
