Byron Bay Side Central Motel

The location was perfect for me , close to town and close to the beach I was walking distance to everything I needed .The staff were exceptional !!! every single person I spoke to was upbeat, personable and went above and beyond expectations. I felt welcomed every step of the way .

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Not only did we feel lucky to be so close to both the town center and the beach. There’s also a wide variety of excellent coffee and breakfast locations nearby and it’s just a short walk from local grocery stores and night shops. The beds are comfortable, the washing machine smelled fresh, the AC is an absolute MUST (and worked terrifically!). We saved ourselves a whole lot of trouble not having to eat out every night and being able to wash our own clothes. Serious luxury while traveling with a toddler in a hot climate like Australia’s! What we were most surprised about is the extremely loving welcome we received from both management and staff. We’ve been to many different hotels and motels but this location feels like it’s been family owned and run for generations. Some people quietly and consistently do nice things, even when nobody is watching. They work very hard here and their love and dedication shows. Thank you! Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Need ear plugs - walls are thin and people who stay up will definitely keep you up too.

location was perfect, we only stayed the night as we were just passing through, and it was raining , so we didnt get to see Byron Bay in all its glory unfortunately

The disability access room was the best designed and comfortable room I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of wheelchair room for ease of turning around and the bathroom facilities were fantastic. So much thought was put into the room on all accounts.

Very kind man at reception. Very helpful and accommodating. Location was great . Clean rooms with everything we needed. Comfy beds.

Spacious and has kitchen, fridge, washing machine and dryer everything i need for 3 days during conference.

The security light outside the room its coming in to our bedroom and feels like daylight but the reception fixed it the next night

Very big room with everything you need.very comfortable beds,well equipped kitchen,a nice quiet location a short level walk to the centre and beach.handicap friendly bathroom with washing machine and dryer.under building security parking.very clean and sophia at reception was delightful.a great stay.wish i could have stayed longer.
