The location? Spaciousness, comfortable bedding, quality furniture, good sized kitchen and full laundry facilities.

Very little- it’s a lovely place - the lack of view on the water becomes the trees have grown so much . But those trees provide shelter and privacy too so they have an important function.

We loved being on the 3rd level with a view of the beach and also being so close to the town as well as the Lighthouse walk. The check-in and out process was really easy. It was great having a car park and also a garage remote.

Location is amazing. Quick stroll to beach, easy access to the walk to the pass, Wategos and the lighthouse. 10 min walk to town. Very relaxing spot.

Could do with a heat pump

Great location, walking distance to shops, beach and lighthouse. Clean apartment with great views out front and back. Loved hearing the bird calls.

Some more basics in the kitchen would've been helpful ie. cooking oil. Had to request dishwasher detergent and cloth as wasn't in apartment on arrival. Staff very responsive once notified. Be prepared to carry your bags up some stairs.

Clean rooms; very spacious. Beautiful linens on beds. Great shower and an en-suite. Fantastic location with beach right opposite and a great coffee shop in the park. Market right across the road on a Sunday morning. Car park under the building. Nice ocean views from higher units. Very prompt responses to messages during weekdays.

Messy check in. No reception as such. Our son who arrived late received a text asking him to ring the management to get his code to gain entry to his units key box but on calling only got an answering machine for several hours. We also had left messages on voicemails to get his code as he was driving from Brisbane. Unit front doors very heavy- doorstops needed! A dishwasher would be great for longer stays. Coffee was not provided in our room, only tea.

beach is across the road, shops and restaurants are maximum 10 minutes walk

some of the appartments don’t have air conditioning which are suited in winter only. as this area doesn’t have good flow of breeze.

Amazing location and a beautifully renovated apartment. Loved having our own backyard with outdoor shower and private access!

I loved the location, right on the beach and within walking distance for the town and the lighthouse. The apartment met all our needs. The apartment had lots of extras that we used, washing facilities and stuff for the beach, this was a nice thoughtful touch.

We were on the 3rd floor, so there was a few stairs and my husband had a knee operation. This is not the agents fault though, I didn't ask them to change it. The place was clean and tidy but the coffee pot was still a little dirty, we riunsed it and it was fine, but maybe this could have been checked.

Best hotel service ever experienced. We had an extremely soft bed that I was unable to sleep in. Rang the management up, within 4 hours a brand new bed was delivered. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommended.

bed was not great the first night. Fixed for remaining nights with brand new bed. Great service.

$5 for a beach towel, makes no sense when they need to wash all of the linen anyway and your directly across the road from the beach.
