Main Beach Apartments

I needed 2 bedroom accommodation close to beach for only 1 night in Byron- Saturday night. I was so surprised to find this place and so impressed with the value for money. Although the accommodation was fairly basic the location AWESOME! Apartment was located on the beach in Byron Bay! Walking distance to every where. Staff were delightful. Highly recommend (-:

No internet and TV didn’t work… but we didn’t have time to watch tv and we have heaps of data on our phones so neither we’re an issue

It was right on the beach..my first to Byron Bay. COULD hear the waves and birds..delightful. walking distance ..right in town. Unit was perfect, comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything we needed. Undercover parking a bonus. Will be back next week. These two overnight business trips but will definitely be back for a holiday. Thank you as well to staff who assisted with urgent booking and late arrival. Excellent customer service.

The single beds were old and uncomfortable. There was only one bedside lamp in the single room to service three separate beds. And only one PowerPoint which was at one end of the room (not central). Therefore you could only access a powerpoint for the lamp, or to charge your phone, from the most uncomfortable bed at the end of the room. The main room had no wardrobe or drawers to store clothes or suitcases.

perfect location, close to town and the beaches without it being noisy. comfortable beds, nice balcony, quite basic equipment in the kitchen but enough for breakfasts etc

it would be nice to have had another few toilet rolls, as we only had 2 left for us for a 5 night stay. also only had 2 bin bags so we had to go and buy more of each of these items.

the location was perfect. picking up the keys was easy and the staff were friendly. it had off-street parking, which was great. the apartment was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

there was no wifi, which would have been good to have. It would have also been good to have a washing machine and dryer (even a communal one for the building).

It was a great location, very walkable to town and the beach, on-site free parking

It was very dated and the bathroom was quite dirty. There is no internet, and as a tourist who relies on wifi, that was very disappointing. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the building itself was very loud. Could hear the neighbours as if they were right next to you in the room.

Absolutely loved the location and the access from the front as well as the back (beach). Everything was in walking distance! Could see the lighthouse light up the water of a night. So cool! The beds were comfy and the place was nice and warm ( it’s winter)

No locks on bathroom and toilet. Property is old and needs maintenance but that didn’t bother us.

I loved the location, to be able to walk about the back door and run down to the beach was just super. We'd love to stay again. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The facade is a bit dorky and run down, perhaps a paint lick would help and the car park was too narrow for our larger 4Wd. But that didn't really bother us.

Great location. Great price. Easy walk to everything in town. Parking is tight and suited to sedans but the driveway easily catered for our 4wd to poke the nose in the garage.

Room 21, the shower door didn't close properly but that's just a maintenance issue and easily fixed. Other than that it's a great spot to stay if you're just after a bed and not the luxury.

Great position overlooking Byron bay with easy access to the beach. Close to the town centre. Well equipped though a little tired. For the price though, I could not fault it
