Great motel Especially if you need to travel with a little dog ..

I liked the location, the room, the fact that I could have my pet there - it’s a small cavoodle and does not like to be apart from me. The location of the room was great it was on the ground floor and very easy to access. The provision of a kitchenette was also a plus because it made getting meals much easier. Most cafes and restaurants don’t allow dogs. The physical location of the motel was also excellent for some one travelling with a dog. The area was well lit and there were a lot of places where I could walk my dog.

The room itself was a bit dated but even that had a sort of retro charm about it.

The location suited us as had easy access to the Hume highway as we were going on to Sydney. Quiet room and pet friendly meant our two small dogs were able to stay with us all the time.

room size was great. I didn't feel squashed. the bed was really comfortable.

the aircon was l located in the kitchenette area and blew straight towards the door. didn't circulate very well. cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Very spacious room. Traveled with my dad and 2 kids. Great that we could have single beds and a double. The kitchen was a great size with a full fridge/freezer. There was a small dining table and chairs, small couch. My daughter enjoyed having a bath. The room was very big and TV worked well. The staff (Tina) was very friendly and gave us extra milk. She also left balloons and a present for my daughter's birthday, which was a very surprising touch for a young girl!

TV could have been bigger for the larger sized room.

Staff were excellent, facility was great, directly opposite a top pizza shop. Still on a semi major route, but more quiet than highway motels. Good pet-friendly motel.

I don’t enjoy shower curtains and a couple of furnishings needed repairs in no9. (Hand-towel rail, curtain rod bracket). I know that there are height /OH&S regulations and time factors, but ‘someone’ needs to dust on top of pictures and curtain rod brackets.

Very dog friendly hotel. Very friendly staff. Just what we needed for a quick stop on our way to Melbourne.

The room was good. It had a small kitchenette and couch. The bed was comfortable. I was pleased to be able to find dog friendly accommodation. We were just overnighting on way to Canberra. The location was good: Close to a few restaurants and an Aldi supermarket, PetBarn, a parkland and Hume Hwy. The woman staff member who greeted us was very helpful and had a good manner.

All was fine.

The premises was very clean and tidy, even though it was New Year's Eve it was still reasonably quiet even with the fireworks going on. The owner was very polite and helpful, I would definitely recommend McLovers pizza across the road.

Unfortunately the spa wasn't working and I was really looking forward to it and the shower head needs to be replaced and the shower floor repaired as it was very leaky but the hot water was phenomenal.

I had a great stay bed was comfortable and room had all I needed my only disappointment was their was long black hair in the shower drain that had not been cleaned up other wise room was spotless

Long black Hair in the shower drain that don’t get picked up and put in the bin before I arrived to stay the night. Rest of the room was spotless
