Staff were friendly- in particular Emily. Emily is a valued member of your team - she always had a smile on her face, was chatty and friendly. Emily would be the reason I’d book there again.

It was extremely disappointing to be kicked out of the pool due to a private function. When we book accommodation we always look at the facilities available and book accordingly. We were in town for a basketball competition and after a long day in the court my kids were looking forward to a swim only to be told to leave after 10mins. I spoke to Emily at the time who was very apologetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast. Emily was fantastic about it. I feel something like this should be communicated with guests when they book especially when you have guests staying in the middle of summer. Also we were in the first floor and the music from the function was very loud at times during the night.

Cleaness of the room, friendly staff, suitable check in and acheck out time, location and very convenient free car park. Coffee machine in the room( loved it)

Their restaurant was not open during Sunday. However , it did not cause that much of inconvenience for us because there where few other places open to dine on Sunday night. Also, the lighting of the room was very poor. We turned on all the lights in the room but room was still very dim. I understand they try to be sustainable, but rooms definitely need more lights installed.size of the room was small. Comparing to other hotels we have been there too. It is good for one night but more than one day passing from Albury , but for staying longer , the room was small.

Beautiful views of Monument Hill and located across from the Botanical Gardens. Loved the complimentary parking especially accommodating to higher clearance 4x4s. Hotel is walking distance too cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Overall, my room was very clean and comfortable.

Room doors weren't very soundproof as they had a gap at the bottom. I could hear other guests in the hallways late at night and food smells from room service would waft under the door into my room. No kettle was supplied only a coffee machine which had coffee in the water line when I used it to make tea

The Atura in Albury was comfortable and affordable. The hotel’s eclectic decor takes inspiration from the hotels 60’s/70’s architecture mixed with a budget version of the funky style found in its stable sister - QT hotels.

We didn’t like the hotel not bothering to get its electric vehicle charger fixed. Overnight EV charging at hotels is important to the rapidly growing number of EV owners, especially when the other charging options in Albury are so poor. The hotel we are staying in now has 6 chargers and even the motel we stayed in at Rutherglen had 2 working chargers for guests to use.

Super comfortable room with everything you need for your stay. Great location, close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little bar area in lobby, serves delicious cocktails at a very reasonable price and fun little pool table and games area. Breakfast buffet is so convenient, with great food selection to kick start the day. Our go to accommodation every time we are in Albury.

Had a few false alarms go off during our stay this time, at inconvenient hours however staff very quick to sort them out and kept us informed, no fault of theirs at all.

this is my go to stay in Albury. rooms are alway exceptional, bed super comfy. staff alway amazing, even when I feel like a late night coffee, reception always there to make it.

the only thing that happened to me today was at 830ish the cleaner knocked on my door repeatedly, I got woken up, and as I was opening the door the was just about to enter. her reply oh I thought you were gone. couldn’t get back to sleep was a little annoyed. forgot to mention to the receptionist as she was under the pump in checking guests, and the two self help checkout hubs were not working properly, one on another guest and one on me. she was fantastic could not fault her service I just forgot to mention my only complaint. and first ever!!

After a 10 hour drive through severe storms, we arrived to find there was a mix up with our booking. It was very well handled by the staff who offered a coffee while they sorted it out for us. When sorted, they also offered us a couple of drinks vouchers and breakfast for the family. Sometimes things go wrong, but its how these issues are managed that make all the difference so a big thank you to the staff at reception.

Perhaps the bathroom could have had a softer light option for night time use...

The room was clean and comfortable and decor was lovely. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the kitchen do a really great job. The curry was delicious and the breakfast was amazing. Staff at both dinner and breakfast were helpful and friendly.

The lady that greeted us checkout seemed a bit moody and I asked her twice how she was but she didn’t respond nor did she say good evening to us. I know we all get stressed at times and perhaps she needed a break. Not a great first impression but luckily the other staff and the rest of our stay was lovely and we would stay there again.

I was surprised at the stylish decor and the comfortable bed. And the pool was perfectly refreshing on the very hot day I travelled. And the cleanliness and checkin and out were very easy.

I unfortunately had a problem with the air conditioning in my room. It was a very hot day and my room was stuffy. I turned the air conditioner on, but it turned itself off after about forty five minutes. This, sadly, was my routine for the whole stay. I had to keep getting up about every hour to run it on again. So I didn’t sleep well.

This is a great hotel with a funky, millennial feel. Large dining area the pool table and desks to work from if you need. The hotel is located at the bottom end of Dean Street making it easy to get around town.

There is no shade for cars in the car park out the back, which I'm sure the hotel won't do anything about, but during summer, it's lovely to come out to a car that's cool not boiling hot. Also, just a note, there is one Tesla charging Bay out the back. Unfortunately, when we were there are large Nissan four-wheel drive decided to park right next to the charging station, meaning that no one could use the charging station. Pretty inconsiderate!
