You have a view from the room and as you are outside the city you are not troubled with the noise from the road. A very exceptional thing in australia: our fridge wasnt running noisely.

There is a real acoustic problem (you hear everything from the other rooms: doors, waterpipes, conversations..) so you need to be lucky and have respectful neighbours. The pool could have been more clean (and the rooms also.. the sofa had not been vacuumed for a long time considering all the crumbles we found in it). The bed is tired and it's time to put some oil in the doors hinges. I think the owner was in a bad mood when we arrived as she wasnt very welcoming but maybe it was just a bad day.

Site had great parking. The rooms were large with even larger bathrooms. Rooms were well appointed. Rooms had good soundproofing. Good for couples romantic get away or with children. We had some issues with hot water. However the site rectified as soon as they could and we couldn't ask them to be more helpful. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis except on Sundays and that fact is Clearly explained. Some rooms have smart TV's so you can log onto your Netflix. And they also provide free WiFi. Cleaning staff are the best, very happy and helpful.

Shower pressure in our first room was bad. Suspect it had to do with some plumbing issues that we had later on. Don't let this comment deter you. As soon as a problem crops up they get it fixed. Our first room didn't have a smart TV but our second one did.

I usually stay at AirBnB but just needed somewhere at short notice this time. This place reminded me of all what's good about staying at a well-run, comfy motel. No guessing whether they'd be a tissue box or milk, for example or that the place would be clean. It was schmick and had a lovely vista looking over the landscaped gardens and pool and not too far were the foothills (yep, woken by birdsong, just lovely). Really helpful staff. When I arrived on the cusp of 8pm saying I was hungering for a pizza for dinner, they were quick to place a brochure in my hand of a pizzeria they highly recommend. One ph call and 10mins later I was picking up dins. No fuss.

The room itself was very spacious and of a high quality. Beds were super-comfy. Great TV options and the best part is the rear door backs on to the swimming pool - it was too cold for me to swim, but I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon lounging near the pool. Lots of tourist information in the room. Laundry facilities are available ($4 for a load in both washer and dryer).

It is a bit further out of town than I'd initially realised, although in a car that doesn't matter all that much. It's not that close to anything for food, but ordered pizza through Ubereats which was fine.

Kudos to the cleaners - our room was very clean. Couldn't even see a cobweb in a corner anywhere. Everything was well maintained and worked. Room was spacious and backed onto a pleasant grassy area. Bathroom was a bit dated but that doesn't bother us as long as there is plenty of hot water (there was) and all the taps and shower screens work well (they did). We enjoyed having the Foxtel option which was provided without charge. Also loved the quiet location. All up great value for money.

Nothing to not like really. Perhaps the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier.

This property is in a great location if you are happy to be out in the suburbs - but still with only a short distance to drive to shops (for food, petrol, etc.) The room I had was large with a comfortable sofa and a view over the neighbouring houses to the hills beyond. Crisp clean sheets and a comfortable bed were very much appreciated. A screen door opens onto a shared balcony, giving a nice sense of space and peace that would depend, I guess, on the civic courtesy of your closest neighbours. Rooms do not appear to be soundproofed - as advertised; however, thankfully guests here seem to be respectful of the space and the location. Some reviews have commented on the 'tiredness' of the space; my observation would be that you cannot really expect to have country motels updating every year - especially when only being asked to pay a relatively small amount for a large, clean, quiet room.

Given the reasonableness of the tariff, nothing to dislike.

Took to long for heater to warm room 3 ours later you were stating to get comfortable when I was told it would take 5 minutes to warm up The pillow’s being to firm for adults so that your head sits on this High pillow and your head doesn’t sink in to squash it down so with your head so high on the pillow it causes major neck problem and pain Bed was comfortable just the pillow way too firm

The room was decent sized. It was clean and tidy. Had a small balcony out the back overlooking the retirement village. Beds were comfortable (for my liking). The shower was very good. Small kitchenette. Friendly service upon checking in. Plenty of parking available onsite. The motel is situation in a quiet part of town, away from the main roads which made it for a great night's sleep.

There was nothing in which I could fault with the room or the service. It is some distance away from the main town centre, but it not too far away by car. Would stay there again. Had everything that was needed.

The room and facilities were found to be clean and tidy. Good sized rooms with a small balcony out the back. With tea and coffee facilities. Reasonably friendly service, having changed owners since the last time I was there. Quiet location, being a little out of town and off the main road. Parking available outside each room.

There was nothing that I could say I would fault. Maybe to take a broom to clean out cobwebs, as seen a couple of small ones up in a corner of the ceiling in the bathroom.

The spa was lovely. The room was nice and big. Was clean...

The bed dips in the middle and was like sleeping on jelly. Pillows too high and very uncomfortable, ended up buying pillows from Kmart to sleep on for our second night. Pencil sharpenings were left under the table and even in our bed! Table was dirty with marks on it. Room smelt like cigarettes with used cigarette butts in the trash outside. Outside furniture moved around in the wind which woke us up.
