Albury Georgian Motel & Suites

Loved the topiary trees and the plants out front. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Shower was great. Comfy room. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

Beds were Queen/single. My son is over 6.1ft so I took the Single bed which was better suited to child. It was placed on same wall as TV and along the window causing occasional movement in curtain letting in outside light. Couldn't watch tv in Bed (against same wall), and no bedside light near single bed. Sofa bed next to queen bed due for replacement - Ultra saggy and uncomfortable to sit lay on. Bed mattresses were comfy!

The motel was clean and comfortable but not exceptional. A little dated and was probably more 3.5 stars than 4 stars in my opinion. Older style room with a dated bathroom and decor. Nice quiet room around the back though and had a very good nights sleep Very handy to the freeway so access was excellent, but not noisy

The bathroom was dated and had a shower curtain vs glass and shower was relatively small so difficult to navigate for a 6ft 3 person! The owner was nice but shared too much information on why he had stopped doing the restaurant, not worth it etc etc - I don't need to know all of that, so hence didn't stay for breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. The staff allowed us to check in even late at midnight.

Only thing I did not like was the thing that they did not mention about the charge for the Breakfast that was being served at the Hotel. It was advertised as Free breakfast, but mentioned it needed to be directly booked with the facility rather than via Booking.com. I felt a bit unfair about that as it was not mentioned by Booking.com either. I could have had good breakfasts outside for the $60 I had to pay extra at the checkout for the breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely. The staff were wonderful to our 7 month old little girl. We paid a lot more money to stay here as we came during Christmas but the owner was good enough to throw in breakfast for free to make up for the price difference from other guests that paid a lot less than us.

The price of the mini bar drinks were ridiculously priced. $9.50 for a can! The spa had way too much chlorine so we stunk of it for days afterwards. I’m sure there’s a reason for this but my babies skin was very dry for a few days afterwards. It even took the silver from my partners ring!

Great communication and made it easy for me to check in and get into my room when I was travelling from interstate totally tired and could not be accurate in what time I would arrive.

Nothing, it was perfect for what I needed. A place to sleep and then get up and do more kms the next day.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and offered better than expected amenity. It provided everything we needed for our overnight stay. There was a very popular bistro within walking distance, which offered a wide range of food and drinks.

The hotel is on a main road, so light sleepers may be affected in the morning.

The room was exactly as advertised and had everything I could possibly need. It was clean, the bathroom was good, the bed was so comfy and the pillows were like marshmallows! The receptionist that checked me in was incredibly efficient and polite.

Having to walk upstairs whilst intoxicated hahaahha!!

Loved the separate king bedroom and the fact it had its ownTV and air conditioner a well a the main room

The sofa/lounge in the downstairs area was very uncomfortable to sit on. You ended up sitting at the table and chairs.

Great location for our purpose, funeral around the corner and opposite Harris Farm Market so able to do some food shopping before heading home. Also great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water.

No wine glasses in the room.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff.

Didn't see bath mats or toilet mats. Even though it is clean and perfect location, little disappointed and felt not value for money. But good for overnight sleep/stopover. Do I stay again? Yes, if I see you are on discounted rates. Thanks
