Hermitage Motel

Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean and there were a lot of power outlets (some places have hardly any!)

Wi - fi for my room was almost non existent.....too far away from the source with no boosters?? I was properly connected but guessing that being near the pool end of the motel I was far too far away!!?? (Ended up having to hotspot my own mobile phone to get any decent internet access!) Air Con remote did not seem to be working. Used the manual buttons on the unit instead.

The property manager Deb gives her all to this job & it shows right through to her choice in house keeping staff 🙂. Such kindness ,courtesy , compassion & understanding down to earth but professionalism above all is what many motel management can't retain to these guys standards . Again thanks you kindly Deb x

Location was spot on. We were able to park our car and walk to our function. Even though it’s on a main road we slept soundly and didn’t hear any traffic. Beds comfy. Room very clean. Is it dated, yes, but apparently renovations are starting. We’d stay again !!

Debbie, the Hotel Manager, is a star. She is so lovely to deal with. The motel itself could do with a bit of maintenance, toilet in the room I was in flushed intermittently. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

clean, convenient, easy check in and out, lots of parking, close to shops, nice staff, has TV, kettle, microwave, milk, coffees, teas, fridge, cutlery, iron everything you need for short stay.

The bed was very hard n uncomfortable.. n the shower was small n shower curtain when exhaust fan on sucked into the shower on you..

Very clean and welcoming staff. Rear units were nice and quiet. The rooms are aged as is the motel, but it was great value. Would recommend for a few nights stay.

Excellent location, helpful reception staff, room is spacious and very clean, good facilities, overall a very good experience.

Parking is an issue in the village as a whole and there are no reserved spaces available for guests

Comfy bed, easy access to shower, comfy chairs (although a tad small), lovely receptionist, great value.

Not the fault of motel. Though think it would be useful if they advised that there is nothing, absolutely nothing open Sunday morning for breakfast in Muswellbrook (other than McDonalds). Sound of passing traffic constant throughout the night - though thankfully the noisy air conditioning drowned most of it out. Would have been good to have jug or bottle for water to put in fridge.

Location was brilliant as we were there to play golf and motel was across the road from the golf course
