Room was squeaky clean on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and excellent water pressure in the shower. Parking was right outside the room. TV was a smart TV and already connected to the internet so could stream/youtube easily. Restaurant was good but not open every night. Pub across the road and various other food places in walking distance.

Room was one of the cleanliest rooms I have every stayed in Large and roomy area Bed was very comfortable Easy parking Quick and efficient check in and out Centrally located to highway, shops and eateries
You do hear noise from trains and cars, I turned the air con on to fan to create white noise but if you are a sensitive sleeper you might want to consider ear plugs

It would have been useful if there was some literature or information on where to have breakfast on a weekend as the motel only provides breakfast Mon-Fri and there were limited options in Singleton.

Location was great if you wanted to walk to the shops. Staff was great. Room was very clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable, though at times maybe a tad to soft.
No breakfast options, but you are in the main street, so you could find somewhere to eat. Though the walls are brick you could hear people going into the room next door, I woke up thinking that the people were coming into our room, but once they were in their room you couldn't hear them until the plumbing worked. The motel is across the road from one of the main pubs in town and it was busy, we could not hear noise from pub from where our room was situated.
