Staff good - checked in early, note staff also have to tend bar so you might have to wait a little if you arrive when the bar is busier. Had a barramundi burger for dinner- is a bit spicy as the staff let you know in advance but still tastes really good. 😀 Beds comfy, fairly quiet considering we stayed on a weekend.

Hot water wasn't there at all on the first day (in the mens or womens showers but the hot water in the shower next to the toilet at the end of the hallway was working). Fire alarm went off about 4am which the hotel couldn't control but there were no announcements or anything- it took about half an hour to forty minutes until management came to check on us who had gone outside to evacuate & even then no instructions from them, only from talking to other guests did we find out what was going on- would not want to be there if it was a genuine emergency due to that. Otherwise good and happy to stay again.

Was a big room that fit all 5 of us. Close to beer garden meaning we could enjoy dinner after the young ones had gone to sleep but still be close by

Unfortunately as soon as the shower was turned on the whole room filled with the smell of old cigarettes. Not sure if the steam from the shower brought out the smell or what but it was very strong

We both enjoyed an extended stay, The staff are wonderfull. Interesting and friendly local characters. A couple of nights of fantastic thunderstorms, watching from the huge verandah was great. Very peaceful at night, occasional truck. Not a huge room, but clean. Double opening french doors onto the verandah more than made up for it. Good size bar fridge in room. Also TV, air con, hand basin. Nothing flash, but has character. A real country pub. We both would definately stay again, and happy to recommend.

Some nails need knocking down on outer verandah floor.

We stayed in room number 22 , family room . Beds where comfortable with clean crispy white sheets . Bathroom was also clean . We are not fussy travellers so for the price , this was an excellent value . Location was good and central . Check in at the bar and staff was friendly

Undercover parking not suitable for large SUV too low

Loved this place! The pub is great and the rooms are right off to the side of the beer garden so everything was super convenient. I acknowledge that it might not be for everyone but I had a great time!

As mentioned before, it's good to know that the rooms are right off from the beer garden so if you're looking for an early night go somewhere else however if you're happy to have a slightly longer night in a great pub then this is the place!

It was clean and convenient for traveling through. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 5 of us to sleep, one double, one set of bunks and a single. We had dinner at the Hotel which was great food and so convenient.

Could have been noisy, we heard the church bell chime every hour.

I didn't have breakfast, but I did have dinner and it was well-cooked, delicious, nutritious and fresh (ie the salad). And it was huge, so - despite my best efforts - I couldn't eat all of it.

The noisy crowd in the beer garden; though they were well-behaved and thankfully left just after 9.00pm.

Dinner in the pub beer garden was great. Clean and comfy room. Accommodation wing appearance from outside not so great but inside was nice and modern/

TV and lounge arrangement not great but when you have two single beds also in the same room I guess there's not much you can do with the given space.

Located right in the heart of Singleton.

Nothing. It was a very clean motel, with super comfy beds, very quiet and they gave us fresh towels everyday and cleaned our room daily too.
