Ocean Shores Motel

The bed and the cleaning services were exceptionally wonderful and comfortable. The receptionist Linda was very nice and lovely to chat with. The television services and wifi provided were top notch, couldn't ask for more on our holiday!

The shower was leaking at the top when used - as in it would spray directly at your face from between the joints by the head. Also there was a hole in the screen door that gave the indication that someone had tried to break in. But overall was not too bothered.

We did not swim in the pool as was all under shade so too cold plus our stay was too short to utilise. The room in general I thought was fabulous for a motel, with 2 large showers it was perfect for our family of 5 to shower all at once! Coffee pod machine was also a nice surprise!

The no existent sink in the kitchenette. Bring so close to the main road.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was large, modern and very comfortable. The bed was big and comfy, the shower great and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were greeted very friendly and made feel extremely welcome. This motel is definitely on our list when we pass this way again.

There was nothing to not like.

we booked in late in the afternoon after a long drive--tired. The Motel was comfy, very clean and contained more than many other motels visited recently and the owners/ reception staff directed us to whatever we needed and were extremely helpful

nothing really--but because of our late booking we had little visual outlook--not an issue

Clean room and comfy bed. Shower was good. Pool was a welcome relief in the afternoon. Staff where extremely helpful.

The pillows were to soft for us. But I think that is an us problem. I don’t think it’s possible to accommodate everyone’s pillow comfort. Just a heads up if you’re staying there and don’t like soft pillows bring your own. We will next time.

Love the fast wifi, hot shower, air-conditioned worked well.

I didn't like that someone came in to the room up while I was out. I felt that you intruded into my space. I was then concerned about my belonging. If they have been stolen. I didn't check but make sure they is an extra toilet paper roll in the room or 2. Never know when you have an accident.

I loved the affordability, location to shops, beaches and attractions only about 20 minutes away. The family room was spacious and had everything we needed. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Basic accomodation but very, very clean and tidy and a super comfy bed and the most wonderful owners you would ever meet. They helped me immensely during my stay

You need a car if staying there

Fantastic people running this motel - efficient, helpful and polite. We were worried it might be a bit noisy given the proximity to the highway but that was not the case.

Only downside was that there was no restaurants and shops were not close by.

Very welcoming staff and the room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable with spare pillows and blankets if needed. A peaceful spot and easy to find.

Room needed another wine glass or two.
