Crest Motor Inn

Very well priced accommodation in a convenient location. It's on a main road but sound wasn't an issue, it was mostly quiet in the evening. After hours check-in was very smooth and the room was warm and comfortable. It's an ideal option for single-night stays and solo travelers.

As has already been noted by other reviews, the facilities are older and in need of renovation. The bathroom was particularly small and there were a few other small annoying elements (i.e. kettle can't be filled under bathroom taps, shower head sprays water in every which direction, including directly up to the ceiling). That being said, everything was clean and tidy so provided your expectations are reasonable and aligned with the price, you'll be satisfied with this accommodation option.

The location was good. The gent at the desk was very helpful. There was enough tea and coffee and well located near a take away shop. The extra blanket I used so thank you for providing that. All up it was a good stay.

A box of tissues would have been good. There was a tear in the flyscreen so the insects were making their way in. The other guests coming in late at night were noisy but that is not the motels fault. The bedside table is screwed into the wall and I would have preferred to move the bed around because my child rolls off the bed and I couldn't do that. So I slept poorly trying to catch him all night from rolling off the bed.

Canberra is THE place to be but I have always preferred Queanbeyan for its country town feel. And I also appreciate that you have a budget room – for us older people having to count their pennies. Look forward to staying with you next time.

The shower was out of conditioner but that's a minor thing - normally use yellow soap anyway!

Arrived after the office had closed but the self check in worked perfectly The room was the perfect size for one person I was able to park the car right outside the room entrance

The sun is directly on the screen of the self check in machine in the afternoon making it very hard to read the display No toaster was available in the room

Its clean. affordable. good location. safe parking. The view from the room is beautiful. bright rooms. walking distance access to playground and supermarkets.

I traveled with my kids. the TV was not smart. No YouTube access in Room 23. I have stayed three times in this Inn. I asked for ground floor rooms. but I guess family rooms are all upstairs.

I arrived late on the train. My key was in the room as advised by staff prior to my arrival. A free continental breakfast was available should I needed it. I could walk to the Queanbeyan CBD and the Top Pub for meals was just across the street.

It wasn't a concern for this stay, but the fly screen needs to be fixed on the sliding door so that the inside door can remain open during warm evenings.

room was decently clean and extra towels were provided. There was a variety of condiments in sufficient qantities for the guests to use. Tha shared kitchen was well maintained and clean and complimentary bread and milk was stocked in the fridge which was very helpful in the late hours we reached.

Everything was supergood

Crest was a great spot for a 1 night rest on a long trip. Beds were comfortable, shower was fast and hot. We stayed a Friday night, but didn't hear any noise from the adjacent pub. Furniture & bathroom are outdated, but everything was clean & in working order. Would recommend for others.

Amazing value for money. For the price I paid I expected absolute “no frills” or even Fawlty towers, but it had everything I needed and everything worked perfectly. Not even a noisy fridge like you often get in cheap motels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Opening windows ! A rare treat these days.

Disappointed that the free breakfast is still cancelled due to Covid. Surely the risks are very low now.

Loved the guest kitchen idea Still would love my own microwave in my room But As we were across from kitchen not too bad... Could hear owners upstairs bit annoying...
