Nice clean rooms. Good facilities. Tea and coffee, etc, the usual standard and expectation of a decent Aussie motel. Location is not central but an easy drive to town and surrounds. Beds comfortable and clean. Great communication from staff and seamless check-in and check out even when reception is closed. Plenty of local restaurants deliver food despite a Chinese restaurant outside the door. There are other options.

Bed lights had no globes. Iron needs replacing (or base cleaned), and ironing board cover also needs to be replaced. Bit out of town, but that was fine. Downstairs can be a smidge noisy if guests are upstairs, but it's really not an issue.

I had a truly remarkable experience during my stay. The living conditions were outstanding, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The communication with the staff was exceptional; they were always attentive, responsive, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns I had. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine and organized environment. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a top-notch living experience characterized by great communication and a spotless living environment.

Was in a great location. It was very easy to get to where I needed to be. Was quiet, you didn’t notice road noise. The room was very clean; with basic tea/coffee making available. Staff were very friendly, with an eye for detail within the room. Very convenient next door is a Chinese restaurant, an excellent meal can be enjoyed.

My only request would be to use a lot less room deodoriser; very strong and no amount of airflow reduced it. The mattress was very soft; no back support. I always end up in the room at the foot of the stairs. I don’t like the fact that people can stand on stairs landing and look straight into your bathroom.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfy beds, kettle / toaster / microwave / fridge and complimentary tea and coffee in the room. So glad we choose this motel. The pool was lovely, big and also very clean. Very handy having the washing line also as we were staying for a Futsal comp and the kit needed to be washed and hung out to dry each night. Very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay.

I wish the room had plates and cutlery, this was something we had to buy from the local Cole’s as we were making sandwiches each day and breakfast. However, I didn’t ask at reception if they had any available.

Very quiet room, clean and comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities, as well as micro-wave and fridge. Extra bedding was available if needed, and iron & ironing board. Bathroom very clean. We liked the close proximity of the restaurant.

There were only two very small issues to do with the motel - no tissues, and the bathroom could do with seating for older travellers. We were a little disappointed with the restaurant, as we find the food to be quite bland, but the food was well cooked and presented well.

An early check in was no issue, which we were grateful for. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything was in good condition. I've stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Location is fairly central to a few large towns and a stone's throw from fast food places.

There is quite a bit of traffic noise at this location as it is close to the main road, but we are from the country so maybe just not used to it. There's a toaster but no knife or plates or anything, so I wasn't sure what the point of the toaster was.

Room was serviced each day lovely clean towels. Bathroom was very clean. Low traffic noise being on the main road, and plenty of parking.

Beds where very hard making it uncomfortable to sleep. Clock radio needs replacing kept flashing off & on. Shower head needs cleaning or replacing it was squirting out in different directions in a few places.

clean comfortable and secure ,good location - choices of several food outlets and local shops ,staff very helpful ,it was difficult time for me as i had no access to get home due to floods ,it was nice to be able to stay in the area and be safe ,it was a shame we had to be evacuated I hope the management recover from this terrible event and continue their business

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, tidy and smelt nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The location was fantastic for where I needed it to be. My daughter and I felt safe. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Therese 😁

Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfy, parking right outside our room, could NOT hear any traffic from the road Customer service from Katerina & her husband was wonderful, friendly, obliging folks.... we were very impressed.
