Astina Suites, Penrith

The entire place was amazing. - The decor was fantastic - very well done. - The rooms were huge - enough space for everyone not to be on top of each other - The kitchen was great - perfect for families - The bathrooms were clean and very modern - We needed more washing powder and it was bought up super quick - The spa is heated! That was a nice surprise! - We needed help with luggage on arrival as the kids were so tired. They found a trolley for us, but before locating a trolley the staff were more than willing to help us bring luggage to the room. - We left a jumper in the room after checkout and it was no problem to run up and grab it Very helpful. We will be back.

The pool was quite a bit smaller than the photos show. And it wasn't very deep. Deep enough, but kids were not able to jump in. More of an adults relaxing pool than a kids play pool. Kids still had a great time though - just worth noting if you are travelling with kids.

large apartment, well appointed kitchen , 2 separate bedrooms each with large beds and en-suite and a 3rd toilet. the kitchen was fully equipped - gas burners electric stove large fridge , everything you would need . Washing machine dryer ironing board , everything that was needed was provided .Nice balcony - able to have some fresh air at the end of the day .Staff replenished supplies whenever we asked.

Car park entry and exit was a bit tight. our park was also very hard to locate when we arrived as the number was on the wrong side of the building support ( we couldn't see it until we were in the car park ).

Could not fault this place. All areas are very clean and modern. The rooms have everything you need, right from comfy beds and good open space right down to a fully functioning kitchen even with cling wrap. Amazing roof top bar and pool, even has a wellness centre with massage, float, and other relaxing therapies, or for the keen and fit it has a gym as well. It is in walking distance to everything you need, there is a Westfield a 10min walk away. Depending on you plans, it is a good central location to explore more of nsw. Easy access to public transport to make a trip into the city, or in the other direction you can drive to the blue mountains. Will definitely be back.

Honestly I couldn’t fault it. Maybe an addition suggestion would be to add the heat style lights in the bathroom

Everything about this accomodation is well thought out. It start's with a calming scent when you first step foot into the hotel. And it gets better from there. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially accomodating towards our family with two small children. The apartments are huge and brand new - the decor and accents are very esthetically pleasing. Finally, parking is free and you can even print for free at the hotel. From now on when we visit Sydney we will stay there and simply commute.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Since it is a apartment hotel there are no "real" breakfast options, other than the roof top restaurant and room service. But there are more than enough coffee places and diners just around the corner.

The rooms were decorated beautifully. The foyer, corridors, and rooms were very modern. I appreciated the extra touches, like under-counter bathroom lights, espresso machine, and smart tv. The location was barely a block from Penrith Plaza, and many fantastic food options and activities were nearby. It wasn't too loud in the area considering it was a weekend, and the rooms had fantastic blackout blinds.

The only minor issue we had was the air conditioner in the room was very loud, regardless of what setting it was on. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

- It’s so silly but everything is so luxurious but they supply cheap 1 ply toilet paper. - the beds are not very comfortable mattresses are very hard and springing

We stayed here as a base for Sydney International Regatta Centre (2 day rowing carnival). It was lovely accomodation, very close to all the shops/Westfield in Penrith. Secure Basement parking was very welcome although we note that it was a little tight for our large SUV. (Typical of most Sydney carparks) Great rooftop bar and pool (although my parents in their 70s weren't hugely impressed with the younger Friday night crowd!) Wellness Centre was wonderful although we note it was an additional cost. The room service was brilliant - no need to go out for dinner - we ate on our lovely balcony. Beds were very comfortable.

Being in the centre of town and with the rooftop bar it was somewhat noisy outside on Fri/Sat night but once you closed the windows it was super quiet.

The room and view. Spacious and luxurious. The rooftop pool and restaurant. Relaxing and enjoying the upmarket health and wellbeing facilities. The location has close by cafes and restaurants with the shopping area minutes away and the Westfield shopping mall 10 minutes walking distance. The train station is across the road from this shopping mall. Staff were exceptional. Secure basement parking. Blue bet sporting stadium close by.

Leaving behind a wonderful experience.

Nice and clean and new, very spacious room with all the extras you need in kitchen and laundry to make for a comfortable stay. Spa on rooftop was a big hit for our kids.

That the rooftop is turned into a nightclub with loud Dj on Saturday nights. We went up there to enjoy a spa at the end of a busy day and were turned away. Seems like locals are given preferential treatment over guests on these nights. Also loud music impacted sleep as windows only single glazed.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Our room was huge with a large kitchen and washer and dryer. Really loved the double shower too and the massive balcony. The secure under cover parking was amazing. The rooftop pool and bar with delicious cocktails was also beautiful. Felt like I was somewhere other than Penrith. The reset facility was just beautiful and felt very high end with a gorgeous spa, sauna and steam room!!!! Pay the extra dollars and do it it’s worth it
