Quest Penrith

The location was perfect and having an allocated parking space was really convenient. Your reception team was very accomodating, kind and helpful. We were within walking distance to Penrith Westfield so we had the convenience of having our breakfast & dinner there. We also walked to the massage parlour and back. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I would definitely choose Quest Penrith again in our next trip. Highly recommended if you're travelling for work, business or even as a family.

An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. The hotel was alway clean, the housekeeping staff polite and respectful. Over all my extended stay at QUEST Penrith was memorable and highly enjoyable 10/10

That I was not able to stay longer

Quest penrith is a new hotel and part of a chain so you would expect it to be of a good quality and it is. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had good inclusions.

Very limited parking on-site so parking is an issue. we parked in the undercover parking lot a short walk from the hotel but incurred a $30 charge after just 4 hours?? When I messaged the hotel they said my only other option is street parking but this has time limits through the day so would have needed us to get out and move the car after 8.30am but to where?? We managed to get a parking spot just outside the undercover car park but this is very limited.

Great location, room had everything you could need for a short stay - was very comfortable! Towels and shampoo/conditioners were replaced which was nice to come back to daily. Was also nice to have spare blankets and pillows.

Parking was difficult, had to do numerous laps around the block. Luckily found a spot a street away with parking allowed on weekends, otherwise this would have been very difficult to walk with bags. Also could not figure out how to switch between the shower heads! Button was not working.

The property is located over the road from Penrith Railway station and within a short walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre. A number of cafes are under/near Quest and offered a good choice of food. We had a one bedroom apartment with fully fitted out kitchen and washer and dryer in a spacious bathroom if needed. The doors to the balcony and windows opened giving a choice between the air con and fresh air. The apartment was quiet and we had a refrehing sleep.

Asian receptionist was the opposite & only been there working for a month from Queensland, very welcoming and friendly, location was nice especially Cafe next door and very central to lots of places for entertainment 👍

One of the male receptionist was not very engaging when l asked him about a certain location, he didn't seem to care, show little interest instead of doing everything to help, follow up and give as much information as possible, poor customer relations telling me give them a call myself being the local wet n wild waterpark🤙😒

Great location and easy to find

Extremely small paid parking spots we have a triton Ute and in the extremely small parking area hard to park. We ended up parking in the staff area for the night as it was impossible to get the triton into the space assigned to us

The location was so convenient. It was close to the railway station so allowed us to train to where we needed to go. Also had some great cafes located just right there. The rooms were clean and a great layout. It was also so quiet which was surprising being so close to the train station.

We nearly missed out on parking - so we would have been very disappointed if we couldn’t get parking on premises.

Clean comfortable room

"Not obvious credit surcharge" The fact that there was a credit surcharge. It would be much better customers to let customers know , i.e. to state clearly when they pay ( I paid in advance) that Amex attracts a surcharge. I did not know this until I received the invoice after our stay

Location was perfect! So close to the trains and shops. The room was perfect! Everything we needed for our stay. Staff were more than helpful and the cleaners did a great job on a daily basis.

Having to leave. We had such a good stay.
