Pullman Sydney Airport

Breakfast was over priced but good. The thing you'd eat if u were running on a schedule. Tv selection was good, service was lovely and fast.

There was a large brown stain under the bed when we moved it over a little, half the window was not actually viewable which was a disapointment but no really impact on us, the chair had broken back support so would dramaticly flop over if you rested on it, comforter had some tiny rips on it, the toliet required the flusher to be held down to work, there was a clear dust build up in the shower vent and air contioning unit.

The room was amazing, the bathroom was beautiful, and the view was awesome. I was so surprised being close to a main road how quiet it was also. And no plane noise being next to the airport. When I went to the restaurant for dinner there was a mix up and my food was sent to the wrong table. The restaurant manager (Dean) had it sorted really quickly and everything was fixed up in a really timely manner.

The food actually wasn't very good. Whether it was rushed due to the initial mix up, or not, but it could have been better. I did say when I was informed of the delay that I was not in a rush, so they could take their time. However, the dessert, I had the Chocolate Parfait, this was exquisite.

The location was very close to train station which was easier for us. The room was exceeding our expectations, the views was amazing, the interior was great, the bed was so comfy, and the Nespresso machine was fantastic. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, it was very tasty with reasonable price.

The Air conditioner doesn't work properly. It was too cold when we arrived and hard to adjust. The technician come to fix it and make it warmer. The air conditioner become too warm around midnight and takes hours to become cool again. By the time its cool, we have to check out.

15 mintues walk from the airport and train station. Room is of good size, price is fare compared to others in Sydney. 15 minutes walk from a varity of eateries. $32 breakfeast is the standard across almost all hotels nearby, Pullman has the best food in my view. Holiday Inn breakfeast is over rated. Tip: unless you are on a long road trip, definelty don`t hire a car for anything in the metrol area (40km from the CBD). Parking alone will cost the same as if you call a Ola/DiDi. Public transport is the go. Perth and Brisbane are very relaxed to live, Melbourne has everything you need across all budget ranges. Sydney, wow, the living expense here is on another level. Avoid at all cost. But the city looks amazingly beatiful.

$40 per night parking is a complete tip off, but the whole living cost in Sydney is also insane.

We had a wonderful stay here. Most of the hotels around this area are heavily used by travellers and most rooms look worn. But not at Pullman. The room and all the features were well looked after. Couldn’t fault anything. The design of the rooms was fresh and interesting. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The meals at the restaurant at breakfast and dinner times were well presented and delicious.

Thought that the wait staff might need to acknowledge a customer’s presence even if they can’t attend to the customer straight away.

Modern, clean room with big bathrooms. Close to airport and parking available next door. Quiet at night but it was a Sunday. Convenient for an overnight near the airport. Food at the bar was nice.

Beds are too soft for our liking. Food at the bar was great but the same food for room service was much smaller serving, not as described on the menu, higher price and not as nice. Seems like they were understaffed and some of the staff were behaving like they were very stressed.

The location was great within walking distance to Mascot train station. The room I got with the bath beautiful and comfortable and barely heard the planes and traffic noise. Buffet breakfast was yummy and definitely worth paying the extra, and the restaurant for dinner did great service. The salt and pepper squid was fantastic.

Wish they had given me free complementary slippers and more bath salts for the bath to use. Other than those minor things, I can't complain about my stay.

The staff and managers were very courteous, helpful and professional. Special mention to Ian the manager and Matt in the restaurant.

A la carte breakfast. The omelette was bland and poorly cooked. Served on plain white sliced bread.. Omelettes should be fluffy and not cooked as per a frittata. Coffee were hit and miss. We went outside to a cafe for breakfast on the second day. However the staff were very friendly.

Check in staff efficient and friendly. Room was great, front of building with large window and fab layout. Went down to restaurant without a booking and although busy, the manager went out of his way to provide a table as soon as possible. Staff were very attentive and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. When I asked for an Old Fashioned to take up to my room after dinner the manager once again stepped in and had it ready in perfect time. The staff here go out of their way to look after the customer.

Had trouble adjusting the room Air con. My only issue.

The location was good and close to the Sydney Airport, and there was no airport noise. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was not included but we ate in the dining room and it was delicious with good service. There is a shuttle to the airport, and it is very inexpensive.

All was very good, it was expensive, but we used our US credit card, so we got a good rate due to the exchange rate.
