Clean sheets, towel provided at free of charge. Prime location, last time I stayed at the Rocks and I prefer being here on Pitt Street as it was very convenient to explore variety of restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to great cafes in Surry Hills. To add, other nice features include responsive host, privacy curtain, and easy check-in on arrival 👌🏻

Shower room seem crowded most of the time and wasn’t as clean as other parts of this property like the room, bed or shared areas. Noise at night could be heard easily but thank god I was too tired give much attention to this downside 😅

Excellent hostel in a very central location. Top facilities: dorm rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, all very good, as usual. I have been coming back to this hostel year after year when in Sydney. Positives: very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious private pods, fast wifi, towel provided, comfy bed and pillow, black curtains. Close to both Central Station and the CBD. Coles supermarket just across the street in the World Square building. Customers are 90% asian girls: chinese, korean, japanese. All of them very quiet and private, no conversation whatsoever, absorbed by their mobile phones. Perfect if you look to stay in a quiet and clean hostel. This is not a party hostel. Top quality and no apartheid towards adult men. Kitchen is very busy between 6pm and 8pm as all the asians prepare their dinner around that time.

Quite expensive for a 10 beds dorm accomodation. Noisy in the dorms already very early in the morning, as people will leave for work or their onwards destination. Loud music from downstairs/outside on saturday nights.

Really can’t fault this place at all, everything was amazing and I’d definitely go back. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The location is amazing, super central and close to all public transport and everything you’d need. It is literally the cleanest hostel you will find in Australia. The housekeeping team do an amazing, thorough job and all of the communal areas are cleaned multiple times a day. The dorm room was vacuumed everyday and I even saw them clean the lockers after people checked out, you literally won’t find a cleaner place!! You get a free towel and shower gel and can have this changed every few days which again is unheard of in Aussie hostels as most make you pay and definitely don’t give you fresh ones throughout your stay. The beds/pods are so comfy and super spacious as well so you can store some belongings in there and also hang clothes/towels on the hooks. You get your own light and 2 power sockets plus a large locker to store valuables. Lots of little nice touches and they’ve thought of everything.

The only minor inconveniences was that often the bathroom was closed for cleaning at night between 10-11pm which is when people tend to want to shower/brush teeth etc and also there weren’t that many pots and pans available in the kitchen. Not deal breakers though and relatively minor which the pros definitely outweigh! The surrounding streets can be noisy at night but the reception have free ear plugs (they’ve got everything you’d need!)

They clean every day. It’s a small hostel - no crowds. I’m not a drinker - appreciate no-alcohol policy. Beds are really big & wide - fit 7’. A lot of people there are newly arrived students at English language school nearby.

No complaints.

I've stayed in multiple hostels and budget accommodations in Sydney, but this is the one I will return to in the future. The location is within minutes to Central station and also close to town hall, it's a nice 20 minute walk to circular quay. The beds are large and you get a lot of space within the "pod", which is separated from the rest of the room with a privacy curtain. They require everyone to keep their luggage inside the lockers which means the room looks nice and tidy.

These weren't problems for me, but they're things you might want to keep in mind: - you can start leaving your luggage there from 9 and until 11, as reception is not available 24/7. - There is a club almost next door, so the street can be noisy if this is a problem for you. - Similarly, the pods are really large beds separated with a curtain from the rest of the room, so you can hear people come and go through the night, bring ear plugs if you mind that.

The hostel is located in the center of Sydney. What I like the most was rooms. You could find there lockers and beds which let you to feel privacy by curtains. Moreover you had plugs next to every bed and some place next to your mattress to put your things. I could notice that the hostel also take care about cleaning because of it was refresh even at 10.30 pm when I was planning to take a shower.

It was very, very cold for me. You had provided just one thin blanket which didn't let me to sleep deeply because of I felt cold. I also think that common area is not the biggest. The kitchen is small and there are just 4 table.

The staff was super friendly, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. All the guests were super respectful as in keeping everything clean and not disturbing others with noise. If you want a quiet and clean hostel where you can relax and sleep, this is the perfect place. For me, it was.

In case you are looking for a hostel where you meet new people, this might not be your top option. There are no common activities offered by the hostel, and during my stay, most guests minded their own business instead of reaching out to others. To me, this was no problem.

It was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bed was really comfortable, the shared facilities like bathroom and kitchen area were very clean and modern and well maintained. The other guests were very respectful. The staff were great.

There was limited airflow in the rooms. The height of the pod (I was on an upper pod) was awkward, and difficult to get up and down the ladder and on and off the bed with the spacing of the rungs. I would have preferred a narrower mattress and more personal space in the pod. The storage was OK but limited which meant some people in my pod room left their large suitcases in difficult places near the door that got in the way of entry and exit.

The reception from the front desk staff was very reassuring and explained the accommodation precautions in detail. After checking in, I was satisfied with the bed size and storage space. The location is very good and it is convenient to go to any attraction.

The daily cleaning and cleaning is often delayed and slow. The dining area and the trash can are too close and there are many bugs. The exhaust function of the kitchen is very poor. I am inhaling the smell of other people's cooking fumes every night. sleep
