For the family we were visiting the location was great. The staff were friendly enough but not over welcoming.

We were only given one cup in our room which meant only one of us could have a cup of tea and when that person finished we made one for the other person. The spa bath was quite dangerous when getting out of the shower as the step was tiled with slippery tiles. My bath towel was ripped and the lounge in the room you could not sit on as it just sunk - they need to replace it or place a board under the cushions so that you can actually use it.

The size of the room and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. It was clean, fresh and quiet. Mostly I really liked that the smokers table was just outside my door as the sunrises with a coffee and a smoke started my day perfectly. thank you

nothing really. I had a really nice stay I felt very welcome and appreciated the time and effort the staff put into a place. even when I was late for my estimated check in time the staff absolutely greeted me with no problems whatsoever and took their time with us.

The bed was comfortable. The room was a decent size. Shower pressure a little too soft for me, but it was a good size. The location was perfect for my needs. Lots of options for meals both on site and around the area. Onsite parking was a great convenience.

The shower pressure was low. There was no dining table in the room. The lock position for the room door was unclear. The outdoor furniture/seating area in front of the room was open, no privacy from others.

This was a convenient option, as we have stayed here before and it is local to our family members. Being on the Princes Highway, it is easy to find. There is Southgate Shopping Centre at Sylvania and the new South Village Shopping Centre at Kirrawee, with the Prince Hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby. The Kirrawee and Sutherland railway stations are approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Our room was clean and tidy. Offered good bathroom accessories. Pool was available but did not use. The fact there was a 24 hr vending machine available to get a snack or cold drink was a helpful bonus. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Bit hard to access from highway. But given the price for the accommodation you cannot really complain.

The kids loved the vending machine. I liked the size of the room and the bedding configuration. The pool was a hit too with the kids. The entertaining area around the pool was great too.

description of room said there were 2 bunks when there was only one. We made do though :)

Accommation was comfy despite being older buildings. we were close to everything and family. Staff were friendly and happy to assist us in anyway. Arriving after hours was no trouble at all. Greeted warmly by Night Manager. Would stay here again and recommend. Really enjoyed our stay

check in was easy the staff were friendly and professional, plenty of parking, quiet, only one level to climb stairs, great for overnight stay, close to where i needed to go. Rooms were clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable. The price was cheap and I got to stay in a room with a spa bath.

rooms are old and outdated and could do with an upgrade or renovation. They were basic and drab. Near a busy highway which could be noisy if you were close to the road. Curtain needed repair.

Quiet location including NYE. Spacious room, large bath, loads of hot water, washing machine,

Smoke from people smoking outside kept blowing into room. Could have had a few cooking stirrers and a chopping knife in kitchen

From 1st checked in to time we left. A+ Staff excellent. Room comfy for what we wanted. Great location for our needs On HWY but you wouldnt know. No traffic heard and we where right in front roons. Will be staying again April when need to go to ST GEORGE HOSPITAL 10MIN DRIVE
