Very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to Westfield Shopping Mall (has three big supermarkets) and 3 minutes walk to the Hurstville Train Station. Along the Forest Road, lots of restaurants and mini-markets. We stayed for a week but at the first night, our room was located at the G/F, the window has no view at all because blocked by a store room, so the room was dark. The TV was old. In the next morning, the manager was kind to let us changed to another room. This room has lots of sunshine came from the big windows. The bathroom size was good enough, shower water was strong enough, hot water came fast. The TV was newer in this room, can be connected to Netflix, Youtube etc. The room was clean and tidy, the housekeepers were very kind and helpful.

there is only one coined-laundry shop in Hurstville, need over ten mins walk from the hotel and the whole process of cleaning and drying require over 1.5 hours. If the hotel can provide coined-laundry service, will benefit the guests a lot. WIFI sometimes not good working.

I like the location of the property most. We were here for an event of 2days. And the location perfect it was just 5min away from the event. Secondly the staff while check in n out was very sweet.

The size of the room was not enough, there was no microwave in the room, mold in shower grouting, cobwebs in the bathroom, doona was stained, kettle was very dirty. But i didnt complaint about it as we were just there for the event and didnt spent much time in the room. And also i know housekeeping job is very hard too coz am also a hsk supervisor at 5star hotel. So its ok for me i can understand the pace.

We love our stay at this hotel so much! For travellers like us, the hotel location is perfect, it’s about 100m walking from the train station and there are so many eateries and stores to shop and dine! For Muslim travellers, the location also has multiple Halal eateries nearby, including a kebab store right across the street. We can’t find fault in this hotel, honestly. Check in and check out were super quick and easy, staff was so helpful and friendly. Left luggage storage is available and the Wi-Fi is fantastic. The hotel has an elevator, which makes it extra perfect for families with kids and elderly, or travellers with large luggage. Our room is sweet and simple, we really enjoyed the beds and showers. There are also a mini fridge and mugs with the basic complimentary tea-coffee-sugar combo, shampoo, soap and body wash. Our TV is huge and we love it! The extra plug points are also super helpful for us to charge all our devices and power banks. The hotel is basically located on top of a restaurant and sports bar, but trust us, it’s really quiet at night! If you’re travelling to the airport from this hotel, you can take a bus from in front of NAB/Chemist Warehouse and switch to another bus just 10 mins later (use Google map for details); because this only cost us about $4 to get to the airport instead of the $21 train ride! What a deal, right?

We have almost nothing to complain, really!

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is right in the centre of Hurstville and close to all restaurants/food shops and a Westfields shopping centre. Car parking in Westfields was easy and ended up being free overnight. The Chinese restaurant at this hotel looked amazing and wish we could have eaten there. Overall the room was absolutely fine for our needs, quiet, clean and modern - having recently been renovated. Definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in this area.

Nothing. I think it was all fine, and nothing to complain about.

Meridian was so close to shops , that’s what I loved about it , especially with a family , short walk to Westfield to get supplies

The parking is a problem , on the booking. com it says you can park for 24 hours for $30 , this is not true , there is a car park across from the motel however it’s only 1 hour free and everyone is like vultures, I got lucky and got a park and just left my car and ubered where I needed to go , looking forward to the fine 👍👍

Great security for female solo guest. Room is spacious and really quiet for premises located above a pub and on the main street of Hurstville. Room is clean, modern and comfortable! Mathew in bistro down stairs has been friendly and accomidatating. Good value meals and service with a smile.

The location was outstanding for ease of access to facilities. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bistro downstairs did very nice and well priced food. Despite the central location the room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept in. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to walk for around 10 minutes to find a park that isn’t in a 15 minute or 1 hour zone. The hotel itself didn’t have any parking.

Very convenient location to a major train station. Although the accommodation is part of a hotel and on a main road, there was no noise - the room was exceptionally quiet, with not a sound the whole stay. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower's glass door didn't let water to spill out onto the floor (unlike in some other hotel bathrooms).

I was asked to provide pre-arrival check in details, to help speed up check-in. However, check-in seemed no faster than normal. I looked for a hair-drier, and didn't find one.

The room was the cleanest I have EVER seen. Spotless shower. Rooms looks exactly like the photos. Staff were very friendly. Weirdly we received only 4 coffee mugs for a booking of 4, but a quick trip downstairs fixed that. Beds were the best beds we have slept on - all kids commented on them. Shower was great. Water pressure nor temperature changed when showering, as happens sometimes when someone turns their shower on. Vernadah was small, and cute. Had an ashtray for smokers. Loved the fact that there was netting at the top of the building to deter wildlife. Considering that this hotel is actually next to, on top pf a pub, you would not know. The rooms are very soundproof. Very impressed with access into the hotel itself - great lift. There is also wheelchair access to the pub.

Parking sucks. I didn't realise this pub was smack bang in the middle of Hurstville. 2 minute walk from-the trains station - which is good. But there is no onsite parking. There is a public carpark on Treacy Street, half a block away which is very affordable. The restaurant and the hotel itself do not accept Service NSW vouchers.
