Nightcap at Caringbah Hotel

The separate rooms in the twin set up , and the great breakfast pack provided .The shared bathroom was new and the double glazed windows made it quiet while being right next to a busy road. We loved the meals in the hotel and the free drink gift. Such friendly staff.

I left hair straightener in room and they returned it so I’m very happy

Location, and even though it's an older style hotel everything worked, everything you'd expect was supplied in quantity and more (tea, coffee, snacks, even a complimentary small continental breakfast pack). Hot water was consistent when showering, TV was a good size and allowed streaming, even the power points seemed to be position in the right place. Though located on a busy cross road traffic noise wasn't an issue due to windows double glazed. I generally don't write reviews but I was honestly impressed. I have stayed at far more expensive hotels that failed to come up to the standard of this hotel. I would without hesitation stay here again. Only wish I had the opportunity to eat at the hotel, but other commitments prevented me. It is truely the small things and the attention to detail that can make the difference.

One there were some noisy guests in the hallway around midnight for 10 minutes or so, but that can happen anywhere.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy, milk was supplied when I asked for it to be replaced as I used it.

The bed was hard, which is OK if I can sleep on my back, but the pillows were all the same thickness - too big/thick for me to sleep flat on my back so I had to turn from side to side, waking up all night when my shoulders went numb from the hard bed. Suggest a few flatter pillows, or even one out of each 4 being a bit flatter..

Comfortable bed, room and bathroom clean, Great shower head. room was perfect for my needs The staff were very helpful and friendly couldn't fault the staff. I ordered twice downstairs from the bistro, asking for it to be brought to my room - no issues there. Food was lovely and hot

Although I was able to get the WiFi to work on my mobile, I couldn't get it to work on my laptop (i had work to do). The toilet was not fully stable (You can feel it moving) . The key card stopped working three times but the staff fixed quickly......Oh there is only stairs to get to the rooms - no lift.

The staff were helpful. The shower was amazing. Hot water with great pressure. I stayed 2 nights and had great sleeps. Air-conditioning worked well during heatwave.

I stayed on a weekend. The band was playing until 11:30pm. I didn't mind it as there were so many great 90s music playing. I was glad when it finished so I could sleep. Crowd sounded like they were having a great time.

Very convenient, friendly and good value. We did not use many of the facilities as we were purposed driven on our mission, but for those who did, and there were many, it seemed very pleasant.

We heard the music on Saturday night but it was fine. People enjoy a bit of revelling. One night there was a scuffle down stairs but it soon calmed down.

The Team were welcoming, helpful and very friendly, the bistro food was great, good price, the location was quite central for the event we were there for, the set up was great rooms located upstairs, room was a great size for our family of four, clean, well presented, comfy, nice covid safe breaky packs, bathroom was big enough and rainfall shower was excellent!! Overall it was a great place to stay and we wished we had booked for atleast 2nights

Parking was a little confusing for us as we dont frequent Sydney, maybe when the booking confirmation comes through there could be a little block map with the parking entrances marked, but that is my only niggle

I'd stayed here before and knew it was a decent place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the food at the restaurant downstairs is nice and they give you cute breakfast packs. The housekeeping staff are amazing and really lovely. I accidentally left my USB stick in a different room last time I was there and they made sure I got it back.

It was a shame the bar downstairs isn't more lively.

Small cozy rooms with everything you need and some extras like cookies, restaurant voucher & a free breakfast package. The check-in and out was very well organised and the staff competent and more than friendly. The integrated restaurant served good food and had daily specials and some entertainment like quiz nights. There are a lot of food, service and shopping options in walking distance around the hotel.
