Everything, from the moment you walk into this wooden hotel to the friendly greeting of the staff, one feels like one is back home! The food at the hotel was great, both for dinner and breakfast and the staff were very understanding of our issue with the family room we erroneously booked and went out of their way to provide us with another room that could assist us. Absolutely exceptional service and we were never made to feel as though we were asking for too much. A wonderful experience at all levels and we can't wait to return!

There is nothing we didn't like!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, good food (I ate every night in the restaurant and the vegetarian options were excellent) and a fantastic breakfast with an excellent range of options. As always in Austria the room size is generous. A bus stop is just outside the hotel to take you down to Innsbruck (covered by the guest card) or further up the valley. A good range of lower level ski touring is nearby (especially up from Mühltal)

The hotel is in an astounding location with a view of the Stubaier Alps on on side, and the Inn's Valley on the other. The individual rooms are decently sized but very beautiful, they even have a sofa! The bathroom is also comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. The staff speaks english and they're very friendly, too. The restaurant is good and the included breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of food from breads, cheeses and hams, to cakes, fruits and yoghurt.

Unless you go by car, going from the hotel to Innsbruck and back is a bit inconvenient as there's only one bus that goes by once every hour, and the last bus stops by somewhat early in the afternoon. You can also be 100% sure that the bell of the town's church will wake you up at 7 am sharp unless you sleep like a hibernating bear. The church is 30 or so meters from the hotel and the bell is very loud and rings continuously for several minutes. Passing cars can also be somewhat loud, since the location is so silent.

We spent two wonderful nights. The staff is welcoming, kind and very experienced. The room is impeccable and clean. The view from our balcony is amazing. Meals are prepared with love and care, especially the breakfast. Such a pleasant stay. I would definitely return there. Thank you very much for giving us such a memorable time.

The stay was extremely comfortable and loved he view from every part in the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is amazing too. Also easy to reach as the hotel is right next to the bus stop, which has fairly good connections to the city. The best part, the hike trails are just a few meters walk from the hotel. The restaurant and the bar has great ambience too. Highly recommend to stay, enjoy and have a relaxed time with the hosts as well

Beautiful location, friendly staff. Really enjoyed that Innsbruck has a card for free public transport and reductions on cable cars if you stay in or close to the city. The breakfast was delicious and well equipped.

The beds were not super comfortable and the shower was a bit annoying due to the lack of a hanger for the showerhead.

It was the highlight of our trip. We had 2 rooms because we were traveling with family and they were close by. The views were amazing, the room was super clean and spacious, there was a shared terrace and place to park the car. The breakfast was amazing as well! It couldn't be better. The staff was also super nice and told us about the places to visit and how to reach them easily.

Fantastic experience all around. Check in was firmly at 1500(3pm) but we were allowed to leave our luggage as we arrived early from Munich. Staff was very welcoming, from Marcus at the front desk to the lovely ladies who ran the dining like clockwork. Rooms were comfortable and clean. And did I mention the views?! Incredible views straight to the mountains and valleys just beyond Patsch. Easy to catch the bus into Innsbruck center.

It started with a friendly welcome, beautiful view, and sunny weather. The room and the bathroom are really clean and neat. The design is typical classic hotel at the Alps, and it’s homey. Breakfast and dinner was good. People in Patsch are so friendly and smiley. Definitely will visit. this village and stay in this hotel again. Make sure you visit Patscherkofel, it’s worth visiting.

I enjoyed it all, I wanted a location far from the city, this was approx 20minutes by bus from the main central train station. I got a single bed for myself but enjoyed the quietness and then old style food decor of the hotel. I paid a decent price (not sure im allowed to state here) in comparison to normal i believe however of course your expectations probably depend on the cost paid and what recieved. Overall I'd recommend this. The staff were very friends and helped me out. If you have time I would do the walk from hotel to Innsbruck where you can go through a trial which is about 2 hours or so walk through greens and river.
