Tivoli Hotel Innsbruck

View out of the hotel room was brilliant.. and even if you dont get this.. the breakfast area has the most amazing view. You should be able to go here even without getting the breakfast.

Location was just far from the train station that it was a long trek in the middle of the night, would recommend taking a bus instead. The timings for the breakfast had changed, but we were given the wrong timings.. when we showed up late, we were literally scolded by the head staff at the hotel, which was quite rude bordering on racism. To be fair they compensated us by only charging for one breakfast when we complained.

Junior Deluxe King Room had a bedroom and separate sitting room. View of the mountains was spectacular! Hotel was convenient for every place I needed to go.

Lighting in the bathroom needed improvement. The makeup mirror was mounted on the wall under a very dim light and you couldn't see anything but the lighting for the rest of the vanity was brighter. Carpet was stained in some areas and could have used a good cleaning and maybe some spot painting on the lower walls. Otherwise everything was kept clean and tidy. TV remote for bedroom didn't work but there was another TV in sitting area so it was ok. They had a separate breakfast buffet till 11am but it was pricey at $18.50E.

when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel receptionist who appeared to be new and not confident, couldn’t find our booking, then she did find it, but said she only had one room? but I said we needed two ? then she said she had two double rooms? but I said I booked two twin rooms for 4 men, she said she didn’t have any twin rooms so the four of us had to share two double rooms, I said I booked two parking places for motorcycles , she said can you park outside ? I said no the motorcycles are valuable, so eventually she let us park in the underground parking ☹️

This was the least expensive hotel in the area hence the reason for choosing it. I must say kudos to the lady behind the counter! She was very kind, helpful and provided advice & tips to make our stay more comfortable. Despite the overflowing reception area (there must have been like 30 people waiting to check in!) she always kept her cool and assisted anyone that required help. It was only for the one night but we had a good night sleep. The room was clean, the beds comfortable.

Great location, convenient to public transportation. Interesting building design, great panorama for the breakfast, which was an amazing spread. The staff was very nice too and let us park our car in their garage and store our bags in their Kofferraum, despite us showing up hours ahead of our reservation to explore Innsbruck.

There were a few expected items missing, I think, such as tumblers or plastic cups in the bathroom area, coffee maker, clothes hangers, plastic launderette bag, etc.

Comfortable room, easy enough to get to via car. Staff were helpful after a small issue with the beds. Free parking was a big bonus. Everything you would want for a 3 star hotel.

Two instances of people trying to enter the room after we had to change the room with a small issue with the first one, ended up putting a chair across the door to be safe. Location is pretty dead unless you're there for the Olympic centre.

The staff is excellent and very helpful and tries to fulfill all your wishes, that I have never experienced before! The rooms are very well equipped and the beds excellent! The spa area with steam band and sauna and power room is very well equipped and you can relax very well with a very nice view of the mountains! The roof terrace with views of the mountains and over Innsbruck is simply a dream especially at sunrise / sunset! What I appreciate very much that the owner welcomes his guests personally and Betreut, I felt like at home! For me it is the best hotel I have experienced so far in Innsbruck! I will come again and look forward to a possible partnership with the hotel and the national team of Floorball Austria! The room is quite spacious, with one large double bed and I sofa bed (foldable ones). The bathroom is big too, with two basins and a bath tub.

If you walk from the train station, you’ll have to use the underground tunnels built before and after the Olympic bridge to get to here - there’s no walking lane on the side of the hotel so you’ll have to walk to the opposite side and then cross back when you reach the hotel.

location to ice rink. on bus line. 10-15 min walk to city. property was nearly empty and very quiet. breakfast was very good with nice variety. room was upgraded!!

it took them the majority of my stay to fix the room safe. I never received dishes I asked for. cleaning crew came daily to make bed and replace towels but weirdly enough did not remove dirty dishes or replace my drinking glasses at all over a 9 day stay. no kettle or nespresso coffee maker in my suite.

the price performance ratio is insane. Parking in the underground parking area, using the elevator and being in front of your hotel room is not a new concept, but by the price pretty nice. Furthermore I highly recommend to make use of the breakfast - it’s tremendous. Last but not least to mention: the staff works service orientated and supported me also with little challenges in my reservation. Recommendable.
