Seepark Wörthersee Resort

We were assigned a room much more spacious than the previous stay and we thoroughly enjoyed how silent, peaceful and rejuvenating the room was after a day of driving. The room and the entire hotel was so quiet it was as though we were the only ones there even though it was well occupied. We also appreciated that staff let us check in an hour early. An excellent stay in terms of the room and its comfort for resting and sleeping. The cleaning lady we encountered was friendly and professional.

Both the price point of the parking and dog fee are more expensive than 4 star hotels in Paris and Italy, and I don’t think that price point aligns with a basic stopover location such as Klagenfurt. Concierge wise, the staff encountered this time at both check in and check out lacked the decorum and refined, calm manner we are used to at establishments of this price point. No option to make coffee or tea in the room itself is absurd.

We enjoyed the pool, it was also great for my daughter. Very nice spa facilities too. The view from the pool area also contributes to a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The coffee in the machine could be better, it was a little bitter. The filter coffee was very good. The 10 EUR cost for room service seemed extensive but I am from North America so my expectations might be different to what is expected in Europe. My daughter found the pool to be a little cool not sure if it is cost effective to raise the temperature.

The staff were exceptional. Extremely professional with a can-do attitude at all times. When we were not warm enough they brought up a heater immediately which made the room instantly toasty for us. They were also highly welcoming of dogs.

The room service food wasn’t as enjoyable as we are used to and the price with a beer and some champagne ended being basically the same as the night’s accommodation which was quite a surprise. —Especially because the end price when checking out didn’t correspond with what we believed we were ordering on the menu, but we didn’t have time to dispute it as we were in a hurry.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the front desk team member was extremely courteous, recommended us a great dinner option near by (Uni.Wirt. restaurant), upon our late arrival. We saw that the hotel restaurant (reservations are recommended) and hotel bar are also very popular and a must try next time we are here. Our rooms were very comfortable, highly recommend the deluxe suite which includes a large bathtub in the very spacious room.

Nothing, the hotel and staff are superb! Highly recommend it!

It was amazing! Each and every day from our 15-days stay started in a good mood. We woke up in a comfortable bed, the gym was with spectacular view to motivate, breakfasts were delicious and very various, spa deserved only applause. Services and sincere friendly attitude should be awarded 100%. The list of positive emotions can be endless. We’re falling in love and will be back definitely. Even in February it was so wonderful!

The hotel is located about 300 m from the Minimundus and close to the Wörtersee (10 min walk). A huge (free of charge) parking lot is available in front of the hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. We had a lake-side room (only the lake-side rooms have a balcony but the lake is visible only from the higher floors, on the 2nd floor it was not visible). The room size was good, the bathroom and the shower are located in the same room where the bed is (the toilett is seprated of course). The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety of food (including fresh egg foods and special diet foods) were available. The hotel also has a swimming pool with a nice view to the mountains and a gym.

The property is quiet and offers loads of spaces to relax and sport.

Check in and Check out timing is quite “unique”. check in is possible only at 16.00 and one has to check out already at 11.00 in the morning. The room does not offer a coffee/nespresso maschine. The standard room had two single matrasses which results in a gap between couples. The location is close to the lagune and one is attacked my thousands of mosquitos.

We were lucky enough to book the last available room here just a few days before our trip to Klagenfurt for a concert. This is probably the best hotel for such purposes in the city (the band has also stayed at this hotel!) - it is stylish, well maintained, comfy and only a half-hour walk from the stadium. Nice SPA complex: saunas, lounge areas, indoor and outdoor pools. As a hotel guest, you can visit the SPA facilities even after check-out for a small fee (10 euros/person). Good breakfast. Spacious outdoor parking in front of the building. I'd be happy to stay here another night.

The bathroom is only symbolically separated from the rest of the room, which is not always convenient. No hooks for towels. Limited options for lunch.

the wellness, the design of the room, the outdoor pool, the accent on healthy cuisine, breakfast was fantastic-one could make its own freshly pressed green juice in the morning

the only minus, although not major, was that our room was placed towards the side where deliveries would be made during early hours (3am), causing some noise, but the windows are isolating the room enough.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great spa area and a wonderful dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Electric charging directly in front of the hotel and in the garage. You can reach the Wörthersee in just a few minutes by foot!

I didn’t know that there was a electric charging possibility in the garage, that would have been nice to know upfront. In the shower there is no space to hang your towel or put something down. Also the shower couldn’t be fixed in position so the water always went sideways.
