I have one query that i have booked this two bed room and i did payment also but why i had to pay there extra for my friend ?? I have booked double so it is obvious that the room is for two people but they took extra charge from when i checked out and they told me that booking is for single person but i stayed there with my friend so you have to pay extra 31 euro but i did payment so the room was booked by my name and it was double bed room so why they took extra

This is a modern, almost gleaming hotel. Modern, spotless rooms combined with helpful, friendly front desk staff. Rooms are a good size with a big modern, firm bed. The bathroom is also lovely and beautifully presented. There was an excellent breakfast spread and a lovely terrace to eat breakfast or have a drink.

Be aware that this lovely hotel is a bit out of town although it is very close to the railway station. There was a wonderful breakfast spread.

Reception closes at 8 pm, so if arriving late, access is not straightforward, although the staff were very helpful in making arrangements. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive

It was a comfy stay closer to the train station. Personnel was pleasant. Room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. Nice toiletries.

Hotel is somewhat old, on the top floors of a 4-level building near the train station, some walking distance from the city centre. The water taps in the bathroom were not working well, and the safe is an old weird box that needs a key which wasn't provided. Sockets are not easy to reach by the bed for recharging devices. Short check in times due to covid.

Good location next to the main railway station. The breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast room pleasant. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

It can be a bit tricky to find the hotel, especially if you arrive by car. But that's just a minor thing, not much to worry about.

Well located for access to the city and especially the conference centre. Rooms are spacious and well equiped.

WiFi was good, but it was a little patchy at times, think the router needed to be rebooted.

Easy to get to the places I was interested in. Breakfast was very good.

room I was allocated hadn’t been cleaned so was given another one. Had difficulty moving in the shower as it was over a bath and was a narrow space.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the near proximity to the city hall. I Liked breakfast and the public terrace view all over Klangenfurt.

Pillows were too soft. Also instructions provided to reach the reception weren't enough. Customers may get lost while following the stairs and reaching a non-accessible door.

Great and big room, bathtub always a plus. garage for you car (need to go around the building) and some fastfood/bakkery around the entry. Perfect place to crash and sleep. Just not really much to do around it. so need to go somewhere else. Clean bed, bathroom everything what is important. Nice view over the city at the restaurant.

Walking around the hotel is an headscratcher. Not that interesting really.

The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the train station, to the historic centre, to get to the Wörthersee you can rent bikes and get there easily or there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel has one of the most complete breakfasts I have ever seen and very tasty. And there is free underground parking. I would definitely stay here again.
