Hotel City

Exellent location, very close to the centre and 15 min drive from the nearest ski lift. Free parking, good sized room, nice breakfast, kind staff. We rented three rooms and all three were next to each other, which was really nice.

Our room was too warm and we found no way to control the heat (other than opening the window, which we did reluctantly). We came for several days and the space in the cupboard was simply not sufficient to fully unpack - so we had to dress from our suitcase, not a big deal, but less comfortable than expected. If you come by car, do not be put off by the No Entry traffic signs. The small letters beneath the signs say that you can enter if you go to the hotel. There should be clear info about this in the message sent by the hotel after booking, otherwise this is quite confusing. There is no gym :(

We have stopped for one night on our way back home. Hotel is located in convenient location, there are parking spaces available as well as there is train station next to it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Due to its location there are many restaurants, stores and tourists sites nearby. Breakfast buffet offers variety of tasty food so anyone should find something suitable for them.

Located across from the train station made it very easy for our one night stop over. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The city centre, restaurants and sights were all easy walking distance. The room was comfortable with good sized beds, a large bathroom and storage space. Breakfast had a large selection of choices. There is a small reading room/library also available for a quiet read or a place to rest after check out before heading to transport options.

Hotel very quiet, very clean, ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Located at a (safe) walkig distance from the very centre of Villach the price is totally reasonable. The breakfast is very good and exhaustive in choice, parking (free) outside possible and and also possible inside (for a reasonable fee). A safe spot to spend your (restful) nights in Villach

The staff in the lobby and in the restaurant were really nice, the range of the breakfast was good enough it has the basics , and if there is something missing and you asked for it they provide it if possible. The rooms are really clean. There is a free parking available for the hotel guests. The location of the hotel is perfect a few steps from the center.

The suite in the second floor # 212, there was no curtains for the windows (which is a whole wall) so it's not comfortable sleeping, the pillows are not comfortable, the AC wasn't cold there was no welcome water atleast you need to put a bottle for each person, also each room needs to come with one tissue box at the minimum. And the lobby is small

Room was comfortable and spacious. Excellent location across the road from station which was handy as we are using Eurail. Staff were most helpful and organised a free rail pass for the local rail to Klagenfurt, Eorthersee, Ossiachersee, etc. Breakfasts were excellent.

Central location, next to the main train station "Hauptbahnhof", 5 minutes walking distance to the main square. Available parking lots reserved for hotel customers. Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff.

A magnetic key card instead of a metal room key with a bulky tag would be more comfortable to carry along.

We enjoyed 1 night at the hotel and it was a fastastic experience. The location made it easy to go for a walk and see/enjoy all of the city. The rooms (family room) are large and comfortable. The staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with a lot of homemade specizlalities.

It was rather expensive to park in the parkinggarage.

The Hotel was very cleaned and comfortable amd even equipped very well. Breakfast was very nice and extraordinary. Hotel is located very closed to the heart of the downtown. Hotel staff were very kind and flexible. Thank you very much for your all services and hope to see you soon again :-)

I can’t mention anything about this because all was perfect in this Hotel.

great location, right next to the train station.. room was spacious and beds comfortable. hotel is also just a few minutes away from the centre and next to a supermarket. breakfast was very good

hotel could use an update, it seems to be stuck in time and a lot of things (such as the water boiler lid) were broken.
