Boutique Hotel Goldenes Lamm

Location is 10/10 right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The check in was easy and fast, with kind and helpful receptionsts. The hotel brings back some charm time of the 19th century. Unique look. General the room was clean. Good contiental breakfast with salmon and turkish coffee. Good smell of shower gel and shampoo. Great and kind Ladies at the breakfast.

Some things needs to improve: Dirty coffee cup in the room, spider webs, cracks on the wall. Noise rooms, if the room mates one level up moves you can hear everything. Breakfast could be improved with some fresh smoothie and more variety of coffee.

With the exception of the scrambled eggs, the breakfast offerings were wonderful. We were happy to take advantage of the quieter breakfast room area (near the entrance of the breakfast room), and were pleased that the staff remembered us day to day. For dinner, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

It would have been useful if a second luggage rack had been available. We had to use the small round table to hold our second suitcase. But that's a minor complaint.

The room was a good size and nicely decorated. We had a nice large balcony with a table and chairs. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The hotel location was perfect, right on the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. They also had a luggage storage area so we could explore more on the town on our departure day.

I’m thankful that there was an elevator but you still have to climb quite a few stairs to get to it. Somewhat challenging with bigger suitcases.

We had an amazing stay!! Not only was the complimentary breakfast delicious and full of food, but everything about our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and even gave us free vouchers to rent a bike and ride around the lake! The location is amazing, right on the main street! Definitely a great place to stay!

Everything was great!

Nice and very large room/suite (old style furniture), very clean, kettle with tee and coffee. Position of hotel is great, next to walking area with shops and restaurants. Small private parking but very good organised!

Squeaky wooden floor. Every night teens were shouting and screeming all night long under our window (we were on the 1st floor).

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and seemed to have been renovated recently. Bed was very comfortable, the room itself was nice and quiet, bathroom was spacious. Room included water heater and tea and coffee. Breakfast was great and plenty, the restaurant that is part of the hotel has great food, but is closed on Mondays

The wifi didn't work in my room, only the one from the restaurant, where I had to log in every 20min When I told reception she said to test it downstairs, were it worked, but nobody bothered to check the connection.

Furniture was really old, no carpet on floor

The hotel is really nice, the location is handy for the station and the local cafes. I really liked the room. Everything was clean. There was water to drink. The shower worked fine and the towels were soft. The mattress was comfy and soft.

Only because I'm sensitive to noise, I struggled with the location in that it's on the high street and there was noise from the street. I also found the breakfast service to be a bit unclear and noisy, but that's just me.

I stayed one night in this hotel on a way to Italy. The hotel met all the expectations. It has a lot of character and they try to preserve many historical details of the building. Location is great. The stuff was very attentive and friendly. They offered me a place to park the car just at the hotel yard and some other suggestions. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was great. Breakfast was delicious, served in a charming room. Local bakeries bread, free range eggs from the farm and many other positive, well-thought varieties for the breakfast. Thank you for such a nice and warm hospitality and accommodation.

The hotel is in a central location (although this could also be a negative). There is parking, which is a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The hotel is in quite a noisy location, in the centre of town with many people and cars passing. I stayed on a Friday night so this may be less of a problem during the week. It was also very hot and the room did not have air con so I had to keep the window open.
