This hotel is absolutely amazing. Stunning lake view and perfect location for relax and for outdoor programs. The hotel is a really luxury place on Wörther See, all facilities are great. The breakfast is so wide selection and polite service. The best is the Spa.. clean, nice, calm and friendly. Really relaxing for couple.. Thanks for all of the team, we are coming back soon.. We visited the hotel for the second time because we liked it so much the first time. It was just as good as the first time. The staff is very nice, the breakfast and the foods in their restaurant are excellent, the spa is also great, the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend it both in winter and summer!

The Aquapura SPA Wellness Centre stretches a staggering 3600 square metres and is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in this part of Europe. When we last evaluated the hotel, the Falkensteiner hotel group had only started managing it. Today, it is in peak performance and is ageing almost as well as the finest Bordeaux wines. The hotel has stood the test of time, considering fifteen years have passed since the last substantial investment. Is the hotel the flagship of tourism in Carinthia? Undeniably. Led with German precision and flaunting Austrian charm, the hotel is superb in every segment.

Guests must dig deeper into their pockets to afford such hotel service. The prices of the hotel are not modest; however, we can confirm that staying at this hotel is worth every penny because of the unparalleled level of service and prestigious location.

1. the beach club is fantastic - the best way to enjoy the lake, and the food there is good too. 2. great service - We had a special need that we noted at registration, since they made an error in accounting for it in our room the manager gave us a massive upgrade instead on the second night. Staff was all round very polite and helpful and generally well spirited. Fact that the manager helps at breakfast is an indication of teams spirit and humility. 3. The best breakfast ever had in Austria, and also at leisure. 4. good spa as a backup to the beach club, and acceptable exercise area for when it was too hot 5. they are generous with towels and stuff like that - small details that matter

it is very expensive - but, largely, you get what you paid for.

The hotel is big and comfortable, the rooms are clean and nice, the spa and breakfast absolutely amazing! It is a bit pricey but our stay was great, relaxing and luxurious.

The outside pool has to be warmer during the winter, also we had half board and there is only one restaurant to eat within half board which is fine dining with preselected menu. The other restaurant should also be included in the half board

Everything was perfect, especially i would like to compliment the staff in the Hotel. Big compliments for Nina and Michele at the reception for all the help and explanations. Definitely coming back!

Location, room size, welcome drink voucher.

Big spiders at corner of the room. parking for fees. insisted on 100 euro deposit which I didn't want to pay as it is always an issue with hotels not being refunded back the amount, which I was right I still didn't get it back.

We liked everything, location, spa, pool, breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for everyone.

Spectacular property! Every now and then you have to treat yourself to world-class luxury, and that’s what you’ll find at the Falkensteiner. The lakefront is perfect and the spa rivals anything you will find in any hotel.
