Very nice hotel. Located very close to the Alexander Nevsky cathedral and around 1km from vitosha boulevard. Rooms are very comfortable and quite large. Breakfast is good - they let you order on top of the buffet things like omelet or pancakes etc. Used their spa - not cheap but probably one of the better and professional I came across in hotels. In the hotel area there are quite few very nice restaurants, from high end and expensive to simple and cheap. So, lots of options and including nice bars and pubs.

Nothing really bad to say. Only thing - if you want to focus on Vitosha area you might prefer closer hotel (in case 1km is too far for you).

We stayed here 3 nights in September 2023 in a Classic room with kingsize bed. The hotel is located at a square, opposite the parlement. All main sites (cathedral, synagogue, mosque, women’s market etc) are with 15-20 walking. The room is nice, has airco and very good WiFi. To our pleasure the window can be opened a little to let some fresh air in. There is a safe, a mini bar, a water cooker, a Nespresso machine and small desk. Unfortunately the Nespresso cups are not replenished, while complimentary water (2 small bottles) is replenished every day. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and walk in shower. The water pressure is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel (we were on the 4th floor and cannot imagine how poor the pressure is at the top floor!). In our opinion, due to the poor water pressure together with the remark about the Nespresso cups, the hotel doesn’t qualify for 5*. A trivial thing is the lack of “vanity items” like shower cap, cotton swabs etc. This is something one would expect in a 5* hotel. Staff is very friendly (everyone speaks English) and the breakfast buffet is very good. Our sincere compliments to the cleaning staff! There is a Billa supermarket at walking distance and some restaurants are in the same area as the hotel. The hotel itself has a restaurant with very good food which is expensive compared to other restaurants we visited but we found

Water pressure of the shower

I loved everything about this hotel! it was so clean, in the center so close to everything, and the staff was friendly. from the moment, we checked in everything was smoothly. the concierge was helpful and told us the best places to visit. the rooms were so clean, and big! the sofa bed was good queen size and the bathrooms were very clean and big as well. Breakfast was delicious every day and the breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND people to stay here whenever you are in Sofia!!!

I wish they included club lounge access to the expensive rooms (like the one we booked) automatically but it is an extra fee.

Distance is in the center of Sofia

all good , but there is something one thing I wanted to mentioned, as we are in the special occasion “honeymoon” we emailed the hotle stuff to inform them that and maybe the will do some thing for as like ( romantic decoration) such as most international hotle do it for people whom in special occasions. However , they send as link to choose and pay for it with any filling. On the other hand, other hotle in Bulgaria they do it for us except intercontinental hotel.

I liked the stuff if hotel. Everybody without exception are kind, helpful. Breakfast is delicious! Rooms are clean and big. Location is perfect. Only one disadvantage is bed (not straight , was not comfortable to sleep), pillows are perfect👍 Very silent hotel, i don’t remember when last time i had such a room without outside noise! People in Sofia are wellmanered, educated and very kind!

I would change bed. We had 3 rooms. And in 506 room it was not straight. Other rooms were perfect

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and soundproof. The staff was very polite and efficient, special thanks to the night shift manager, who handled quickly our big group after midnight. The breakfast was delicious, I particularly enjoyed Bulgarian specialties- a good opportunity to try them all at once. We also had a long cocktail with colleagues at the bar, barmen waited patiently for us to finish, although we were only clients and it was quite late.

all staff very polite and professional. property is clean and comfortable. breakfast has all kinds of variety in food options..location is perfect and has a lots shops restaurants coffee and fresh juices places..

the only minus that right now in front of the hotel big construction they’re redoing brick pavement for the entire plaza, it’s noisy all day and the view wasn’t as perfect as it should be..))

Very comfortable room and bed. Very nice breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choice! Great location. We really enjoyed chatting with friendly staff in the dining restaurant. Concierges were very helpful arranging day trips.

Each day we had an issue with toiletry items and/or in-room beverages not being restocked during housekeeping, and had to contact the front desk about it.

Great location, value for money and breakfast.

would have loved it to have a pool.
