Hotel was close to all attractions

The noise of the cars .room 105 especially Friday Saturday and Sunday. Hotel management must take action.

Super good location, very near Vitosha street and sightseeing places are reach-able by walk

Room was smaller than expected

The location was EXCELLENT 50 meters off Vitoshia street. The room was very nice. We had a family room which was 2 rooms and big bathroom.

The staff was good and all the ladies were very helpfull and nice. The male staff were helpful but lacked smilling. The hotel lacks a lobby area which was a problem for us cause we were a big group and needed time to discuss things about the trip. The other thing i didnt like was that the hotel withheald the amount for the first night at 7am on the day we were to arrive. I had 3 rooms booked on my card and money was taken for all three rooms. Till this day i have only been refunded the money for the 1 room. I think this is very wrong. The hotel should take the money for the first night if u fail to arrive at the hotel from the check in time till at some point at night.

Friendly staff, very helpful, somewhat laid back (in a positive sense); called us a nice cheap solid taxi. Clean room and comfy bed. Great location in the city center. Reception staffed around the clock. Nice breakfast, had scrambled egg, steamed vegetables.

Bathroom shows first signs of mold (nothing major). The street outside of hotel has many potholes.

Location to centre. Just a short walk away and metro just around the corner. Plenty of local restaurants just around the corner on a pedestrianised walk way through to city centre.

I think if there was an issue it was perhaps cold plates and food allowed to cool in the breakfast. Although there was plenty available and regularly topped up. I think a notice of local events happening in the current period would be good. We did not realise until too late that there was a local Kuker event in the park just 10 minutes walk away. An event really not to be missed. Only finding out this through local chat while visiting another location.

The hotel was located right next to the main street. It's very quiet, and you cannot hear the noise from the main street. The man who works at the reception was very helpful in pointing out the best method to get to Alexander Nevski Church. He also tried his best to help me with my tour booking to Rila Monestary. The breakfast provided in the morning is sufficient.

Only a minor thing that I did not like. I would have preferred a normal shower in the room I was given. The bath tub was rather large and difficult to get into.

Very central location, just a block away from the buzzling Vitosha Blvd, and less than 10 mins walk from the National Teather, St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and other major attractions in the city. The staffs are just incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic too. I found the Cappuccino to be one of the best I have had in a long time...

The room looks a bit aged, but it was clean!

The location of this hotel is amazing, across the street from a nice restaurant Ale House and 1 min from the main street. Also, the metro station is 1 min away. Staff were kind and helpful.

The shower could use proper cleaning, there were mold stains between the tiles. Very loud AC. Breakfast was a bit meh, to be honest. We got it included in the price but would definitely not pay for it.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They nanaged to surprise my daughter, who celebrated her birthday. They took care of a packed breakfast for us due to early check-in. The location is superb. It's really close to vitosha boulevard and its restaurants and shops. It is clean, yet I would make a bit of renovation when it comes to the wall to wall carpeting and the curtains.

Breakfast was continental and good, yet the pastries were cold.

Great stuff and ready to help. Tried to accommodate our requests and needs. Coffees and toiletries replenished daily. The breakfast was very good and on the whole enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work. Cleanness was also satisfactory

Lights in rooms a bit dim. Had no control of A/C done by hotel staff. Would also appreciate a bit of paper and pen to write on. Finally maybe some food if one is not well as room service
