very luxurious with very spacious rooms. a lovely roof top pool, bar and restaurant, with a high view across the city, 18 floors up, also has three lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful when seeking advice or bookings and could speak good English . There was free tea or coffee and cookies during the day. The breakfast was great with many choices. Also the food in the restaurant was really good, and the cocktails excellent. Each floor had a free laundry, with washing machines and tumble dryers.

Absolutely everything, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time . Modern , clean , friendly and helpful staff . Fantastic rooftop pool with Mekong views. Balcony from our room 801, had fabulous views and was huge . Room itself was spacious and had very comfy beds with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was awesome , so much choice and vey high standards of food. Wonderful location, just a short walk along the river to the palace and lots of restaurants, bars, markets , boat trips area etc … so interesting to walk along.

Ideally located near to the touristic area and the city historical centre, the hotel is just at the right place. The modern style is perfectly matching with comfort and cosiness. All rooms are very well equipped, silent, and the bathroom is a pure pleasure. Breakfast at roof floor is amazing and offers a wide choice in which anyone can be satisfied. view in the evening for the terrace near the pool is unique. Last but not least, the staff is so nice and helpful.

If I had to say something wrong, I would only suggest international plugs for electrical devices.

I want to live at Hotel Emion. This was the last hotel my partner and I stayed at on our holiday to Cambodia and I'm so glad we chose this one. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The room was large, we had a balcony overlooking the river, a fridge/freezer, some cooking facilities, and even laundry facilities on every floor free to use by the guests. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was quiet. The breakfast was the best we've had here as well, with a lot to choose from, both Western and Asian, with a great view over Phnom Penh from the 18th floor. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The bathroom comes with a fantastic shower and bath, and a toilet that does everything for you (presumably as this is a Japanese-owned hotel...).

This was by far the best place to stay in Phnom penh. Staff very attentive allways greet you reception staff giving helpful advice and knowledge. Complimentary coffee machines down stairs nice coffee. Cleaning staff well they allways go above and beyond rooms were kept spotless. Breakfast again very good alot of choices very delicious. Also a mention of how secure you feel in the hotel as well.

I had emailed over 15 times for what I thought was a very basic question. Can we check in early as our plane lands early if yes how much... 15 emails countless calls later I finally was able to book and confirm early check in.

The roof-pool/terrace. The view was wonderful, a very nice place for relax. The staff waa very kind and attentive.

The offer of the restaurant was not enough to catch my attention, I didn't make use of it. Perhaps the quality was good but the prices are a bit high compared to other sky-restaurants around (for example), and there were not a lot of options. If the improved this the hotel will be a 10 next time I visit ;)

The check in was very easy and quick, and our room was very spacious. The location was excellent as the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda was a short walk away. A quick tip - if you want to visit these do it yourself as its $10 to get in per person and $10 for a guide. The views from the 18th floor while having breakfast were great, as was the breakfast. This is our second stay here, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best places I have stayed. The rooms were big and clean, staff were friendly, convenient location, everything was perfect and it really felt like a 5 star hotel.

It loses one point as there are only 6 deck chairs for the pool and we spent a few hours by the pool one day and couldn't get a seat the whole day. Otherwise everything perfect.

The hotel is located closed enough to town, but stayed away from the noise and crowd. The lobby staff were very helpful. Free unlimited coffee and tidbits downstairs to refuel, or to serve your visiting guests -- very thoughtful gestures. A mini shop is also available within the hotel itself, items and beverages were all reasonably priced. The gym room and swimming pool located at the top floor, so expect some great views during your workout!

The hotel is very clean hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance from the royal palace, pagoda and night market. In a nutshell, it is an ideal location to explore Phnom Penh. There are also many good restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel.
