nice view from 27th floor, free snacks/happy hour, generous breakfast, so close to subway station and shopping mall, room condition is ok, staff is welcome, lobby and the inner halls of the hotel are beautiful.

furniture and overall room is outdated, signs of tear and wear in many places, dirty windows from outside, breakfast is running low if you arrive close to the end of it (10:00), most of staff don’t speak English, air condition either blow too much or no blowing at all

Pleasant room with a view of CCTV building. Smooth check in and out. We asked to extend our check out and we were given more time than we asked for, which was great. Staff were very helpful with luggage and storage. One of the best locations in Beijing for shops, restaurants, malls.

We have stayed regularly at this hotel since 2015; it's been an excellent to stay. We noticed, however, this time very small details in the room- kettle socket didn't work, shower in the bath needed some fixing- that needed attention. That said, these are minor points and we would happily return to the hotel.

The location is superb. The staff are really friendly. They upgraded my room so I got to see the city view. Appreciate it! Gym & swimming pool are good. Breakfast is nice with both western and Chinese styles

Nothing that I dislike. Maybe worth considering to renovate the facilities in the room. I can see some parts are a bit out of date.

It was our second stay during buissines trip. Room was better last time. Generally, everything is fine. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Swimming pool is very nice. Good location near restaurants and shoping malls. Forbiden city is 20 min by car from the hotel.

The staff speaks english very poorly but this seems to be a problem in the entire China. The breakfast should be more suitable for turists.

The Erving before leaving, we asked concierge to arrange taxi to take us to train station on last day. The message seemed to get lost in the change of shift and sorting it the next morning was a hassle and messed up our arrangements

Friendly, polite, English speaking staff, great breakfast, and at a fantastic location near subway station. Very safety orientated, had to scan health code and use room card to use the elevators. There were a lot of guests there the days I stayed too. Large bathroom with a great view and also really high pressure shower and large bathtub.

I'd love a bottle of wine on the room service menu.

Very nice location and the executive lounge with breakfast and dinner was great. Staff were nice and everything very clean and beautiful. Gym was also good.

The TV in the room could have been bigger and had the option of connecting to my Mobile.

it has the best location in Beiijing CBD, very convenient to go around BJ, also connected to Mall, so u can go straight to the mall from indoor without facing the cold weather outside. The Covid test tent right next to the hotel, make it very convenient during covid time. The room size was good although facilities and furniture is quite old. The rest was great experiences there

Great staff, very welcoming. “one touch” service was awesome. view of the cctv tower. food and drinks in the executive lounge were of an excellent standard. Phenomenal soundtrack in lounge and breakfast restaurant.

It was on exact good location, view from room on cctv tower site was Magnificent, breakfast was splendid and restaurant 27th floor was relaxed. WiFi working perfect. What I liked about the rooms, there very clean, bathroom nice and big, shower was perfect!!
