Kerry Hotel, Beijing

The best two things were the fitness center and the location. The fitness center is HUGE and has a lot of good equipment and weights. It was very spacious and I always could find a machine or set of weights - I never felt crowded there. There is also a pool and full steam/sauna facilities, very large locker rooms. In terms of the location, it is walking distance from the new CBD (where my offices are located), and just about a block from the World Trade Center with its gigantic mall and several hotels. It is even biking distance from Sanlitun or Tiananmen. The staff were really nice as well...after a couple of days, the waiters in the restaurant and the concierge who called my cabs recognized me and said "hello" to me personally.

There were a lot of families with children there. The breakfast was an assembly line of people and I didn't like that I had to buy breakfast with my room. I would have preferred to go across the street to a coffee shop for a coffee than navigate the mass lines in the hotel coffee shop. I also didn't woke the entertainment (television) selection. There were few English channels and the ones they had were not good.

Staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable! From before you walk through the doors, to packing your things into a van to leave, the staff are there every step of the way to make your stay relaxing. The location is perfect for quick, walkable access to many spots around Chaoyang district

If I had to dig for something I didn't like, the east facing windows can get warm, but the curtains do a great job at keeping the room temperature comfortable.

Superb service in every department. Breakfast had an excellent selection to please all tastes and the reception staff were extremely courteous. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough and I looking forward to my next visit!

The amenities were amazing. We were most impressed by their fitness facilities and expansive breakfast offerings. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the shower had very good water pressure. The customer service was also great! The neighborhood of the hotel was extremely convenient as well, attached to several malls that provided lots to explore despite the cold, windy days we happened to be there.

We traveled with our 7-month old baby, and there wasn't anything there for her to play with, unlike other hotels that have a play area for babies and kids. The "Adventure Zone" was not free even for hotel guests, and is only available for babies that can walk already.

The room service and the attention were amazing. Club room worth the price paid and having snacks available all day long make it even more relaxing: to rest during the stay without being obliged to wake up for specific meals hours. Location, right behind the TV building, not far from the Forbidden city. Love it. Hotel quiet and room cosy and spacious. L'occitane products available, really nice surprise there too, being a fan. Great efficiency for check in and out.

Well, I got over charged for my stay. I am currently trying to solve the issue. I sent an email to the hotel via booking. Hopefully everything will be sorted out soon. Every one speaks English and it so easy to get everything you need. I am used to using my translator but it was a nice surprise to see that I didn't need it that much. I recommended the Indian dish, it was heaven above all the bread. Best bread I had so far in China.

There’s was nothing not to like. The location, the service, the facilities were all amazing.

Location and staff were both fantastic and very helpful

The staff had set up a special room for our wedding. The had decorated in red. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a brilliant variety.

Excellent staff. Excellent facilities. Kerry is my first choice when in Beijing

Location, staff, and cleanliness were all well worth it.

No real complaints. Pillows may have been too soft for my taste but that wasn’t really an issue.
