Staff very attentive and the facilities were impressive, especially the pool and sauna. The location was really convenient for the metro and the most popular tourist sites in Beijing (the Great Wall was 1 hour away but the central sites were about 20 minutes by bike/metro). Good restaurants nearby.

Room was a little too hot and not easy to adjust (it was winter but we had to open a window). The pool needed better management to stop unruly children from disrupting people from swimming practice. Despite the non-smoking ban, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from a floor below; it's a nice hotel and an impressive refit, but not quite worth the price we paid.

Clean and fresh, spacious reception lobby with helpful staff. Decent restaurant, reasonable size gym and pool with changing rooms facilities. Guest room is clean and no cigarette smell, modern design with kettle, tea and coffee. Room size is a bit smaller than I expected however many surfaces to layout luggage and things. Bed is comfy, just bedding linen slightly too crispy and noisy, and down pillow are too soft and fade into nothing not my liking.

Supposed to be less than a minute walk (literally just right outside the hotel) to the nearest underground station, but the whole station is closed for construction works during our stay (from Nov 2023 until end of Feb 2024 according to the site notice) Makes it 20mins walk to the next rarest station. Of course we called taxi anywhere we go, but many drivers had problem finding the hotel entrance. As the hotel location is at the corner inside a commercial complex.

The purpose for my Beijing trip was to visiting the Great Wall and the forbidden city. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Mutianyu part of the Great Wall. There is a direct bus route right behind the hotel. The hotel is also 1 minute away from subway, very convenient. The hotel is recently renovated so everything looks new and clean. Overall I liked my stay.

It took me a while to figure out convenient stores and restaurants that are close to the hotel. The staff could provide these information that would be very helpful.

Excellent staff at every position: front desk, room service, and The Swiss Café team were all extremely helpful and performed like a seamless team. The Swiss Café's breakfast buffet is first rate. The chefs are amazingly attentive.

The bathroom has potential safety issues: heavy glass doors that can slam shut unexpectedly. The television doesn't have any non Mandarin programming.

Friendly and polite staff made a free room upgrade taking into account our wishes. Free afternoon tea as a gift. The hotel has an excellent location: the metro is within walking distance, and in good weather you can see the mountains. Very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent service. Breakfast is delicious, dishes vary from day to day

Great location, walkable distance to Workers Stadium, newly refurbished to high standard, comfy beds.

Air conditioning not adjustable in winter (a teeming problem in most Beijing hotels) but windows do open. Bar is a bit soulless but nice tea available.

Since the MTR station was suspended for building the new line “no 3” thus it is a bit far from MTR now.

Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

MRT station outside of the hotel was closed for upgrades.

Hotel was excellent and spotless .The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Johnson who did everything in his power to help us have a great stay .The room was spacious and the breakfast superb. Also

This is a proper Swissotel. The staff were excellent, the property is newly refurbished and looks great.

Bathroom floors and shower were slick.
