Location and SPA is great. The restaurant itself is very nice but it doesn’t work properly…

Breakfasts are ok but every day the same and no choice. if you staying for more than 2 days you’ll feel it… Dinners are not very testy as well.

Staff is really nice. Especially during dinner the waiter was really attentive. The hotel is very clean, in English golf style, and the surrounding landscape is great. The wellness area is really big with many different saunas, a pool and rest zones. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We asked for additional second pillows and they brought it right away.

I think breakfast needs to be improved. Coffee is avarage. Selection of fruit is poor as well as the taste of eggs (or what it tries to be eggs). Some items did not have the label, some did. Kinda reminds me of how breakfast were in 2017. If you are a person who loves breakfast then I think this could be a let down a bit.

A great and calm resort far from the city. We did not play golf but we like SPA and wellness so we used that. Beautiful nature, calm environment.

It is allowed to smoke on rooms' balconies. If your neighbors smoke and you don't like it then you can avoid the smell by closing your room's balcony door. When it is hot outside we wanted to switch aircondition on but it did not work, just make a noise without any temperature effect. It looks like the place was affected by the pandemy and some things have not been restored.

Clean, beautiful swimming pool with huge lawn. Room and the terrace are spacious. The staff were friendly, just a little glitch during check-in but forgivable. The wait staff in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, too bad we didn’t get his name, it was quite late, we wanted to come just for dessert and the kitchen is closing but he went the extra-mile and got us the melted chocolate cake. The guy who drove my husband and daughter around the golf course and showed them around, was great too. It wasn’t our first but it was our first with our little girl. She had a wonderful time 👍 Thank you!!! We will come back!

The low wall out in the terrace seperating the other room’s terraces are awefully low, there were no privacy and we had to jump in and close the door when the other guests started smoking.

The staff were really nice and showed us around the place. The room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was good. There is private patking. The SPA is also a nice adding. There is a pool and 4 saunas. The pool, for my opinion, could have been wormer, but that's just me. The area of the hotel is really beautiful. There is no elevator and a need to climb up stip stairs. We only had a small troly, so it was not a problem for us. Just to mention that the hotel is far from the city. If you rent a car, no problem there.

The swimming pool and spa area were just amazing. Restaurant and bar were cozy and intimate, perfect for couple getaways. Plus the countryside nearby offers incredible views!

The moquette is just terrible! Stains are very difficult to clean and most people nowadays are allergic to dust. Please take it off!

It is a clean, modern, ideally located hotel surrounded by gold fields.

There is no elevator, so you must take the stairs to the rooms. And bring your luggage with you. The stairs are steep and uncomfortable.

Good breakfasts, awesome dinner menu, beautiful view from the forest side terrace our room had. Very well equipped driving range and really nice wellness facilities. We had a problem with a three days power outage, but that was resolved by the staff with perfect care (we were temporarily moved to a different hotel in the center of KV).

Way too expensive whisky at the hotel bar.

wellness is included into price, pet friendly for extra payment, very nice lobby with fireplace, good food and very pleasant service

location is a bit far from Karlovy Vary, room walls needs to be repainted/refreshed, they looked quite used. pool water could be warmer as well

Breakfast was buffet however it was good, the staff was nice. The spa is okay - water temp could've been abit higher in the inside pool. Overall - the stay was good for the price, it's located in a nice location outside of the main city and provides tranquility. There are places to walk around in the green and hills if you're into hiking.
