Retro Riverside Wellness Resort

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean with a balcony to relax on. Nice large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was great, nice selection. Great hiking in nature nearby. Front reception (Sonja) was fantastic, super helpful, kind and accommodating.

Dinner is over priced, expensive. Not a large selection to choose from and food was ok. Spa treatment was okay too. Taxi Tip - the hotel over charges if you use their taxi service (450czk) Best to get a taxi in town or at the bus terminal and ask the driver for their business card so you can call them when in need of a taxi. The taxi will cost from 140 to 240 czk.

What I liked in the hotel, the first thing the staff treated was very classy and they were helpful in answering all our questions. I also liked the suite that we took, its size is excellent and the view is wonderful.

Perhaps the breakfast did not have a lot of variety, and if we sat in the balcony, we would be disturbed by the smoking smell that we got from the people who smoke downstairs, but frankly everything is easy in front of the wonderful treatment of the staff, especially the hotel manager.

Very nice and clean boutique hotel, nice location next to the lake. Nice big rooms, good bed. Very nice Spa area. Hotel gives a nice old charm feeling. Very friendly and helpful staff Would rate it a 9.5

Rooms do not have air condition , which for most of they year is no problem, but a little uncomfotable when it is 30 degrees outside

The hotel is amazing. Perfect location on the water, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff are lovely and attentive (thank you, George being such a good host and to Metin for his perfect service in the restaurant) and the spa is heavenly. Highly recommend staying here. Very close to Karlovy Vary and easy to get to.

Really I cannot fault the place.

The time we have spent at the hotel was great, the manager is so unique and helpful, the stuff also beautiful poeple, the spa a is great, the place of the hotel on the lake and the very good vib made our vacation the most beautiful vacation we have ever had, we hope to be able to come again as soon as possible, THANK YOU

We had a great time at the hotel. It’s located in the forest with a scenic drive from the city, very quiet and secluded. The room (suite) is very spacious, the bathroom beautiful and the bed comfortable. Last but not least, the hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful, really going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you all!

The staff's assistance. The room facilities: has everything, very clean and comfortable, nice interior, spacious and met our expectations. The wellness area: clean and luxury. We went on Sunday and there is no one except for us two in the afternoon.

The wifi is not so good in the room.

Great location, super confy rooms with stunning view, polite staff, delicious breakfast, all in all a high quality 5 star hotel. Highly recommended.

The online check-in and check-out system doesn’t work, but the beautiful environment and the drinks offered by staff balance it.

The best resort we are stayed, very clean quite, sooooooo beautiful, food is amazing staff is awesome specially Mr. Jorge the director he is the best very gentleman and taking care of each details. recommend for everyone
