Excellent location, good value for money, breakfast ok

Beds were not comfortable and the third bed was in a mezzanine without much relation to the rest of the apartment Also the apartment was equipped with a sink and fridge, but only a couple of plates and forks and no means for cooking. We had to ask for more plates and something to wash dishes. The kitchen was in fact a cupboard a sink and a fridge, no more. Also the apartment was large but didn’t have a real table to eat on. The large space was rather empty. Finally, there is no easy parking solution (we had to park two streets above the apartment, which is quite tough seeing how steep the hill behind the hotel is)

The hotel is in the center of the tourist area of the city. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful to us. The room was really very good and very clean. Really much better than we expected. A small cozy suite with all the comforts to stay not only a few days.The view from the room is also excellent as it faces the river with the Mill Colonnade in the background. Although there was no parking available at the hotel, we found easily, after a relevant instruction from the reception, a free one on a public road 300 m away. 

A. The WiFi signal was weak and often dropped completely. B.It would be useful for anyone traveling by car to know during the booking process and not afterwards whether there is parking available at the accommodation or not.

Good experience and experience. The best location in the center of Karlovy Vary. very polite and pleasant staff. They complied with all requests and wishes. Employees speak several languages. Quality full breakfast in a chic room. Our suite had a Jacuzzi bath.

On the street, at the entrance to the hotel, there is no explanation where the reception is located. You need to go deep inside, walk past the store, towards the pizzeria. Only there is an inscription and a pointer to the reception. In a suite room with a kitchen, we expected to see not only a kitchen counter, a kettle and plates, but also at least a microwave.

Amazingly comfortable (4-bed) room on 2 floors (mezzanine) right opposite and looking out at the famous Mill Colonnade. Incredible value for money. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and very tasty, filling breakfast with a lot of choice. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Karlovy Vary.

Nothing negative to say at all apart from the fact it rained while we were there !!!

The hotel was very well located with most of the attractions and places to see within a walking distance. The staff was very kind, helped out with every enquiry we had and allowed us to leave our bags even after the check-out.

The room was not warm enough considering how cold it was (below 0°C). When requested more blankets they only provided one even though we were 2 staying in one room.

The location is super. Room is also huge and well equipped.

There was a dirty sock left in the room probably from the former guests. Also, although it ultimately was not an issue, it would be better if guests are informed that parking at the hotel itself might not be available as there are only 2 spots. Getting the instructions to find parking spots and arrange the drop off of luggages at the hotel was a bit a challenge especially since we arrived at 10 pm.

It is in the citycenter so close to everything. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Big room, comfortable for 3 persons.

The room and bed was clean but there was a smell in the bathroom, maybe pee(?)... And the room also had some strange smell, but like an old furniture/walls.

The location was amazing. The room was huge. And we had a little kitchen in the room with a kettle.

The hotel was hard to find with the car. Google maps tells that you can't drive in front of it, but that's not true.

Yana at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find an old building with meaning to the family. Amazing, convenient location close to everything.

No AC (but lots of windows), so was a little warm in July, but fine.

Great location, very big apartment and nice breakfast. Clean and well equipped.

One of the aircon unit wasn't working, so it was very hot in the room and one of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. Huge dip in the middle.
