the location is perfect staff is very nice very gd price

-the entrance where u have to go through a hall of shops and restaurants and specially at midnight when they close the main door it makes hard to go back and forth every time going in/out u need the security to open the door for u manually. - I’m not sure why the sheets were too short and small

Hidden gem off busy Wenceslas square - access is through a passage and the rooms face a courtyard. No views but totally quiet. Beautiful classic decor and very spacious rooms. We were initially given a room with twin beds as the hotel was fully booked but then were moved to a beautiful double room. Very nice breakfast. Location is fantastic for walking everywhere in the centre and even to reach Prague 2 etc. There is a convenient back entrance which leads to a side street (perfect for Bolt/Uber pick up) and famous Kantyna restaurant/market is very close by. I usually have stayed in apartments in Prague, but this was an excellent choice for New Year's. Recommended.

The shower (over bath) is nice but not very strong and getting the temperature right can be a challenge.

Bath was great and lighting warm and cosy. Kitchen had everything and the living room spacious. I like the separate room and our was large. Bedding also very comfortable.

Bathroom was excellent except for the shower head (in our particular bathroom)....it would drop from its cradle when the water turned off and thus scaring the absolute crap out of you either as it hit you in the head, shoulder or just slammed into the base of the shower moulding...there were small marks/ chips on the floor ( it must be a consistent kamakazee mission for the poor shower head...either that or bungee jumping is his thing). Very minor issue in reality

I am very satisfied with the hotel Elysee, ehich makes my staying at Prague wonderful! Excellent location, very good facilities, nice service, so friendly, attentive and smiley personnel and what I want to specially mention - Abdulmalek at the reception - so kind, attenyive and positive person! Thanks for everything!

Very nice breakfast, there was a lot to choose from and everything was delicious. The room was really spacious and everything matched the descriptions on booking. The staff was very polite and helpful. Important to mention is the great location of the hotel.

The wooden windows were a little off-putting and didn't isolate outside noises that well.

The hotel is located in the heart of Prague with easy walking distance to all tourist attractions. The room was spacious and staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast selection was wonderful and very satisfying.

Reception staff were very nice and helpful

The guests at breakfast are rude. One person should not sit on a table for 4 and maybe separate the tables more so others can have a table

The location was very central and easy to walk to most local attractions. The reception staff were very helpful with directions, paying in Check currency rather than euros for cash as well as cards, better exchange rate, when we were there. The Room was very nicely decorated, lovely hot shower. Kettle and tea/coffee were very useful. The breakfast choice was excellent. The staff very attentive. The outside of the building is not much to look at, look out for the blue fish, but the colours, decor inside is beautiful. I would recommend it and I would stay here again definitely. Entrance is tucked away in a mall, with other restaurants and a theatre. Security is good entrance is by key or press button for reception, which is on the 1st floor.

Access to some of the plug sockets in the bedroom were difficult.

The location is amazing!! Very central.. really close to primark and 5 min walk from the main area

I liked mostly everything of this hotel , The Perfect location it's located at the main old square of prague which is lovely and best part is , the two metro stations are nearby , one metro station is muzeum metro station and other one is Musek metro and both metro stations are just within 3 minutes walking distance from this lovely Hotel and if you want to enjoy shopping and want to go to cafe or Charles bridge and Prague castle all you Can do easily by walk or catch a metro to go to Prague castle and from castle you can come back by walking from prague castle to the main old square at this hotel from charles bridge which is a fun coming back by walk as you will explore a lot by walk Breakfast is excellent

I did not have any dislikes at all Staff is v nice cooperative and friendly i liked everything no dislikes at all
